description: Two cylinders to be strapped to the wrists that contain hidden blades the size of daggers. The daggers can pop out of the cylinders(obviously) for an unexpected attack.

history: Weapons carried by Anthony Livingston since he became a pirate, used only as a last resort in case his fruit ability should fail.

You recall correct. Ryu's character had hidden wrist blades, but they were different than these.
