Appearance: Mervz is a tall and muscular builded man,though not fat, his light brown hair reaches till his shoulders, he wears a long but simple dark grey robe/cloack(with sleeves) and wears simple black clothes beneath, he also wears common sandals(wich he takes of in a fight
History:
Mervz was born in a Town in East Blue, since his dad was always out of town and his mom died four years after Mervz was born he became an oprhan, and he was sent to an orphanage in town, he hated to be there and after two years he managed to escape and he sneaked on a pirates ship wich was harbored in town.
When the crew found out he was on the ship they wanted to keelhaul him and feed him to the sharks, but the captain saw potentional in the young mervz who dreamed to become a pirate, and adopted him to the crew,
When mervz turned eleven, he was promoted to vice captain despite his young age, he became the strongest after the captain, most of his crewmates used guns or swords but mervz prefered his fists and legs, the captain of his crew was a marine for a long time, and learned a few rokushiku tecniques, shigan, kami-e and tekkai,
Due piratery and orther actions against the governement mervzz earned a bounty of 8.000.000 berry, his captain had bounty of 52.000.000 for marine betrayal, piratery and actions against the governement,
On a day on sea mervz and his crew were attacked by marines, mervz his captain and the entire crew were killed by this atack,before his captain died he bought mervz some time to escape and gave him a chest (wich contained a devil fruit) ''make me proud son'' were his last words before he got kiled,
After the battle on sea his bounty rose to 28.000.000 berry, mervz became a notorius man and his bounty started to grow, so did his abilitys, he trained more rokushiku, and the devilfruit his old captain gave him, really helped with it, ( he could train much faster cause he didn't needed rest.)
After delevering in big bounty heads and defeating a few high ranked marines, the world governement invited mervz,
Personality: Mervz is quite a energetic person, humerous always in for jokes, and enjoys being with his nakama, hes friendly, but hardly trusts people, He bears a grudge against people who kill for fun,

Learned Techniques
rokushiku:
1The Kami-e (紙絵, Paper Drawing?) makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper.
2The Geppou (月歩, Moon Step?) allows the users to actually jumps off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual
3The Soru (剃, Shave?) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least 10 times in the blink of an eye
4The Tekkai (鉄塊, Iron Mass?) hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces
5The Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun?) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary
6The Rankyaku (嵐脚, Storm Leg?) is a projectile technique, in which the users kicks out at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.
7Jugon (獣厳, Stern Beast?): this is a very strong punch which is done at the same speed as Shigan, making it even more powerful, this move can also be used as a rankyaku , he wil then fire a projectile when punching,
8The Rokuougan (六王銃, Six King Gun?) is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave, which seems to have the same power to an Impact Dial or even a Reject Dial (depending on the amount of energy absorbed by the dial), and causing massive internal injuries(unlike orther people who will use this, mervz wont tire out when using this move)
9 Rankyaku "Hakurai" (嵐脚 『白雷」, Storm Leg: "White Thunder"?):. A much more powerful form of Rankyaku that is used by using both legs, it seems to cut the air in a larger area.
Devil fruit attacks:
10Tekkai Kenpou (鉄塊拳法, Iron Mass Fist Way?): able to move while using Tekkai.
11 the devil fruit has only pasive improvements, the user won't run out of energy,
orther atacks:
12 barage attack: mervz keeps continueing firing punches at high speed, he can continue till he stops,
13 roundhouse kick, while turning around on his hand(s) he kicks his enemys at a fast speed,
14 blink storm, mervz keeps using soru to change position and fires a jugon or rankakyu , and will use soru again,
15 evade, mervz will keep using kami-e,tekkai and soru, to avoide enemy attacks, to tire out his enemys
16 the fire ring wil enhance much attacks, cousing burning wounds and fire,
