Its not completely weightless but its so light combined with Battosai's strength it seems as if it is weightless because it doesnt seem to slow him down at all.
As for unbreakable, its not really unbreakable. But it's hardness is so great that even if a dinosaur were to step on it the blade wouldn't bend.
Its sort of a combination of two of Zoro's swords.

oh, you mean like hos most recent, (from thriller bark) sword that mr zombie samuri had, but it dose not feal heavy because he has trained with it so much..... am I geting warmer.....?

Yes bingo! You hit the jackpot! It is very much like that samurai's sword and with all of Battosai's training and strength, he is able to swing that blade as easy as if it was made out of paper(which it isnt)
