Holiday Countdown!

Alright, this might be a bit late for some religlions but this is a countdown to the holidays, ending with the western new year's.

Today is the 10th of December, and if I'm not mistaken Hanukkah is tomorrow.

Yay for the Jews! Jesus was one!

And I believe that Christmas is 15 days away, and that Kwanzaa is 16 days away. [I googled this all to be on top of the game]

Alrighty One Piece RPer's! Today is December the 14th, which means that Christmas is 11 days away and Kwanzaa is 12 days away. The English New Year's is still a little further down the road.

Okay. That's fine. Just mittens, probably. I'm also making something else, but I don't have the right material right now... the school schedule has been screwed up.

I'm making a shirt with a picture of Charizard on it for my little bro. Then maybe for late christmas gift I'll make a shirt with "Rock n Roll" on it for my big bro. I love them so much...

fact: Kwanzaa is not a religious holiday, rather it is a holiday crated by the black African American community to celebrate one's African heritage, hence the traditional clothing

speculation/hearsay: Hanukkah is not as big a deal to the Jewish community as Christmas is to the christian community

Opinion: Christmas isn't being taken seriously anymore, no one even brings up Jesus one could argue that christians have forgotten why the celebrate it, I asked a few 12 year olds what christmas was about "giving" is what they said "the economy" is what Washington says as they encourage spending and over all the message seems to be "materialism" or "tradition" as proof I pitted Santa against Jesus in google trends



as you can see Jesus did not even get a spike around the holidays and he never once triumphed over Santa in number of google hits so here's our winner:

Yeah, poor Jesus. I know why we celebrate Christmas... I still enjoy giving gifts. I don't like getting gifts cause I never really know what I want.
