upon looking at the form for the first time I find it extremely hard to figure out where things are; Which is why I would recommend using categories and sub forms instead of just forms, allowing area for just creation, rp etc. Along with that perhaps the usage of groups and ranks could be considered for the large crews and groups.

everything is clearly labled with the sheets and rules stickyed above, if you need help I will help you but sub forums lead to unnessisary forums (a forum for each RPing location ect)

...I'm talking about categories not sub-forums, as you already have sub forms, for example you could have all your sign up forms under one category.
