Appearance: The pirate's build is fairly built, yet lean for fighting and agile. His arms have an average reach, but his power easily makes up for it. His hair is a dark brown with a bit of a lazy but distinct short cut, his hair looking messy, yet straight. His skin is tanned, having spent much time in the sun, almost never a day spent without it. His face may seem a bit normal, but the look in his eyes are red and fierce, but compassionate and understanding as well.
His clothes show quite a bit of wear to them. The jacket being made of the skin of an unfortunate animal with black hide, looking extremely worn, a pattern of a sort of white swirl on the back on the dark material. His black shirt bears the same mark on his back on each sleve, which is covered by the jacket. It's sleeves go down a couple of inches above the elbows. And on his wrist, there's a leather bracelet, and hanging from it is a small white metal wing. His pants, which are a dirty white, seems to have a few worn parts on it and has a chain on the side. And for shoes there's black leather dyed boots, with blue clothe on the inside for comfort, showing slight wear as well. On his righ arm,
there is a tatto of red, thick letters that runs downward, the word "Crossfire" being that which is inscribed. On his left arm, the word "Hurricane" is tattoed in black, being of the same font and thickness as the tatoo before it.
History: In the city of Saint Reia, Gato was raised in a high-class family, being taught all the nice manners needed to live in a town such as that. One day, Gato came across a piece of fruit at a stand that he really wanted, but had no money to afford it. When the cart's owner was not looking, he took the peice of fruit and hiding it, thus starting his carrier as a thief. No matter what he stole, nothing made him happy, until one day, where he happened upon a wallet. In this wallet was a large amount of money, larger than the young Gato had ever had in his hands. Why steal specific things when you can steal money, and get whatever you want?
As the sea-side auction came to Saint Reia, Gato went due to the high-class croud. After several hours of pick-pocketing, an item came up for bid. The Kaze Kaze no Mi, valued at over 150,000,000 beli. Gato started to bid furiously at once, wanting to sell it himself and make an amazing profit. The croud was intimidated by his intensity, and no one else wanted to bid against him. After took his prize to his room, he carefully examined it, figuring it would not hurt to take a small piece from the fruit, and trying it for himself. He took off one of the smaller, individual parts of the fruit and taking a bite from it. As he chewed it, he was surprised that the fruit's flavour was... nothing at all!
He swallowed the piece, not understanding why people would want a fruit such as this. Later that night, he got ready for bed, but not before his nose had a tickiling feeling. He sneezed. Right into the wall. Going through the Drywall. Gato, surprised as ever, tried blowing air. The air was able to come out at amazing intensities, finally understanding why so many would want the fruit. He tried out his new powers, and after a long time of training, he decided he knew how to make the best of this power. Sneaking into the harbor at the dead of night, he happened upon a fair-sized boat, capable of carrying a crew on it. He smiled as he saw it, and with one unnaturally long and high jump, he landed on it,
making sure he untied the rope from the dock. With one lung-full of air, he blew into the sail, a loud roar of wind being heard as the ship speeds away, no one taking any notice until it was far too late.
Personality: He has a strong, can do attitude. He's protective of his friends and comrades, and will lay down his life for what he believes in and take down anyone in his path if they oppose him. He loves money, and mainly steals works of art to re-sell them if he can't get any gold or beli.

Ship Flag: A classic jolly rodger, the cross-bones coloured one red and one black, as well as taking on a more smooth and curvey shape, hooked on each end, the backround of the flag being one large hurricane.

Wind Roar: Blows wind from his mouth with great force, making a loud, roaring noise.
Air walk:Using wind to keep the user up in the air, moving across the sky. However, Gato needs to keep moving his legs while in the air.
Wind slice:Concentrating the wind into a move physical force, using it like a blade and cutting through objects.
Weapons/Items: Metal knuckles, one painted red, and the other black.
