Appearance: Hyu as shortish black hair, and he is medium-tall height. He has long, strong legs, but they aren't shown because he always wears a long brown overcoat. He has two bronze bangles, one on each hand, attached to his weapon. He wears a wide-brimmed fedora, which he wears so that it covers his blue eyes. He wears a dress shirt under his overcoat, as well as black slacks.

History: Hyu was born in a small island town. He and his parents made frequent trips to larger cities, since his parents were merchants. On one trip, they went to Mariejois to trade. One of the Saints saw Hyu's mother and wanted her to be his wife. When Hyu's father tried to intervene, not knowing the authority the Saints have, one of the Saints murdered him. After taking away Hyu's crying mother, they left Hyu and his parent's ship to rot. Through a contrived series of coincidences, Hyu learned about the Rokushiki. He decided to kill every World Noble as punishment for what they did to his parents. He learned Shigan, Soru, Geppou, and Rankyaku. He also developed his running skills, and his Juu Shurikan-Kunai weapons.

Personality: Hyu is very introverted, unfriendly, and full of overpowering feelings of vengeance. He generally responds with single word answers, unless the response is 'Go to Hell'. He is highly suspicious, and desires only one thing: to kill all World Nobles. He is highly observant, which stems from his constant suspicion.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Soru: Hyu kicks off the ground ten times in the blink of an eye, moving at lightning fast speeds.
Geppou: Hyu jumps off the air itself, allowing him to stay in midair longer.
Rankyaku: Hyu kicks at a high speed, creating a projectile 'air blade', which is incredibly sharp. It does great damage to a human body.
Shigan: Hyu pushes his finger into his target at a high speed, leaving a bullet-like wound.
Go Kunai Cage: Hyu flings his five kunai in such a way that the kunai and their wires tautly encase Hyu's enemy. The kunai also touch the target's skin and stick, disabling Devil fruit powers.
Go Shurikan Cage: Same as Go Kunai Cage, but without disabling powers.
Go Kunai/Shurikan Trap: Hyu throws either set at his enemy, several intended to hit, several intended to create wire traps.
Juu Shurikan-Kunai Cage: Combination of the other two cages, and if Hyu pulls the wires tighter, they begin slicing through the captive's flesh.
Juu Shurikan-Kunai Trap: Hyu pelts his oppenent with shurikans and kunai, hitting his oppenents in the joints, and causing several projectiles to miss, creating a small web of razor sharp wires.

Weapons/Items: Juu Shurikan-Kunai, and a saber.

no one is a three power user with rokushiki, and it is imposible for normal humans to move faster than soru with out complealty destroying their bodies, also we dont ahve any shichibukai yet and your backstory would logicaly be before they even formed...

True, but look at um... who was it again? A recent joinee had their crew's goal to kill the Shichibukai. Maybe you didn't see that. Hm. I'll just make him against the World Government in general... I'll have him try to assassinate the Tenryuubito, cause they killed his parents, sound good? Okay, I'lll fix the Rokushiki, and the description. I'll give him... Shigan. Is that okay?

I fixed it... finally. I wanna give Neko Zatch a RP companion in his human auction thingy.

I had an idea for a similar character once, he used extremly heavy glow sticks instead of kunai though

I changed it from shichibukai to tenryuubito. Seemed like a better idea.
