Appearance: His appearance seems a bit lithe for his age. His hair is a light blue, having found a way to make and keep it that way and is cut to look wild, layered and lively, yet still a long cut hairstyle. His eyes are a mix between red and pink and his face is bright with a smile. He also has one piercing on his right ear, a sucker, and then silver piercing along the upper part of the same ear.
For a shirt, he wears what looks like just an extremely long band of white clothe wrapped around his torso 'mummy' style without sleeves, showing the slim figure. His shorts are off blue and a bit puffy looking, a metal link/chain on the left leg and on the right side on the belt line is a white leather satchel for objects. And for shoes, he wears a sort of boot that has a white trim around the sewn lines of the black leather boots.
And for tattoos, there's a blue star right beside his right eye and under the bandage like shirt is an angel wing tattoo on his left shoulder blade.

History: He grew up in a small town in the North blue, pretty much living a normal life, but having a sweet tooth for candy. He couldn't really afford as much candy as he liked, so he ended up stealing it soon. After a few years, he had gotten better with stealing, and his sweet tooth has turned into a passion for sweets of all kind. But he didn't have the resolve to go out into the world and taste all the different kinds out there. But soon after he turned 14, his village was raided by a group of pirates while he was out on the beach. With the pirate ship left virtually empty, he found his resolve and stowed away on it, not noticed by the pirates as they stopped in a large commerce town where he departed, but not before stealing a respectable amount of Belli from the pirates who looted his village. With it he a new set of clothes, cut his hair differently, got a bag of candy, and a map.
After finding an auction site, he saw what was a Devil Fruit up for auction. Thinking it was a type of candy with the way it looked, he entered the auction, bidding enough to win it. Later, he then consumed it, finding out it wasn't candy and disappointed. But then the next day, he encountered the pirates who he stole from. He happened to have a candy cane in his hand when he was attacked by one, and the candy cane held up to the attack of the pirates blade. Surprised, he then took his chance, attacking the pirate with the candy cane, which before he knew it, extended, sharpened, and shaped into something more resembling a blade, killing the pirate. This scared off the other pirates. He then heard later of a boy(Himself), buying a Devil Fruit at yesterdays auction. This opened his eyes and he know knew it was and it had given him his ability.
He took this as his calling and with his new freedom, he stole a one man boat, larger than a dingy, and took off into the world, going to not only master his new power, but taste every sort of candy imaginable that was out there.

Personality: He's a bit of a Happy-Go-Lucky person, not taking much to make him laugh and will act without giving something much thought. But at times, he'll be a bit shy, quiet, and nervous, usually when he's new to a place and hasn't gotten used to the surroundings or people. When provoked, he'll give a small try to avoid conflict, but if it fails he won't hesitate to act with something if he can tell it's serious. He won't talk about his past though, he always prefers to look forward rather than backwards, even if it means not learning from past mistakes. He's a bit addicted to candy as well, or anything sweet.
