Appearance: he has 6 inches of silver hair, his height is 5 foot 1, and his weight is 90 pounds, and his usually wheres a wears a navy uniform. the holsters for his hand guns are at his sides, his machiene gun and rifle are on his back
History: he was born the ditched be his parents but he thought he was a miracle. At age 5 he started to travel every were in the east blue and discovered the navy base. Having seen how destructive pirates could actually be, he joined. During his time as a grunt, he found a delicious looking fruit on an I land ran by a pirate captain. It turned out to be the tama tama fruit; the navy saw his power and made him one of the youngest admirals in history. Now twelve he also developed a thing for guns and has many
Personality: always happy and energetic, I mean even though he’s a navy admiral, he is just twelve, just don’t get on his bad side or you’ll probably die unless he’s being to lazy to kill you. he really loves anything fun and hates pirates. He has a real half glass full outlook

| Um...not to play admin, but I'm sure admin-sama would appreciate a little elaboration. The Appearance could use some work, personality could use a little more juice. History could use explanation, but you're on the right track.
