Something like the picture, only he carries 9 swords.
History: He is a son of a very well know and strong Marine Captain. His mother died after giving him birth, that's why his father named him Azura. Azura's father hated him but he still gave him very good training. Azura was very talented and was also called genius by his comrades even tough he was far the youngest. At the age of 8 he was sent to other marine base to get more dedicated training and also learn Rokushiki techniques. He trained at that marine base for 5 years. At that time he managed to learn three Rokushiki techniques, Soru, Geppou and Rankyaku. He was betrayed by his fellow comrades for some odd reason. Azura killed those who betrayed him but never got to know why he was betrayed. It left a deep emotional wound to him and thus he never smiled again. He packed his bags (2 Katana and clothes, also some food) and left the marine base, so no one would notice. He stole a little row boat from them and rowed himself onto small island at West Blue.
Little island on West Blue had no persons and it was perfect place for Azura. It had everything, good and clear water, meat, different kind of fruits and even many good training places. After about a month Azura found a Devil Fruit, he had only learned a little about them but could tell it was one by just one look. He ate it hoping to gain some good powers to kill everyone who will betray him. After discovering his powers Azura created his own 9 sword style. Azura didn't crate many new techniques but trained himself phisicaly. He first had to train with 2 normal katana and 7 wooden. He also learned 3 more Rokushiki techniques by himself there. He was able to do it because Azura had seen them in use many times and knew the basics, It also took less time because Azura was much more determed. Once he got 16 Azura left the island to small village. He bought himself 7 more katana and left to look himself a pirate crew. Azura has traveled some times and killed some marines. A bounty was placed on him.
Personality: Azura is very trustworthy but never smiles. Azura only kills those who he want's to. He will never follow orders, just does what he wants. He kills those who betrayed someone because he hates it. Azura fills his time by training or sleeping. He doesn't like to do something else. Azura has an enormous appetite but mostly eats vegetables because he is quite fond of animals. Even tough Azura doesn't look like it he is a kind person.

Devil Fruit: Hana Hana No Mi

effect: The Hana Hana no Mi, also known as the Hana Hana Fruit, is a Paramecia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to replicate and sprout pieces of their body multiple times from the surface of any object or living thing. "Hana" is the Japanese word for "bloom" and "flower", and reflects the nature of the user's power to sprout their body parts like a blooming flower. Whenever the parts sprout from a chosen surface, petal-like particles also seem to originate from where they sprouted, as well as around Robin herself, further giving emphasis to the Devil Fruit's name.
Special Abilities: Thank's to his Hana Hana No Mi he uses 9 swords to fight. He can make very powerful and fast slashes and has no blind spot because he can grow body parts anywhere he wants. He has very good reflexes and instincts, he can feel all his opponents around him. It is almost like he has eyes around all his body. Azura has learned some marine techniques. Azura also has humongous strength and can even fight bare handed with little weaker opponents. He also has very fast legs thanks to Marine training.

Fleur - Flower: Azura can grow his body parts from anywhere he wants
Kuracchi - Clutch :A technique that uses four huge arms combined from eighty regular sized arms that Robin has sprouted. It is basically the same move like the other versions of Clutch where Robin snaps an opponent with her arms. The only difference in this version however is that this is the larger version of the technique. It can thus be used on larger opponents. This was first seen being used against Gecko Moria in an attempt to defeat him
Kami-e - Paper Drawing: A technique in which the user makes their body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper.
Geppou - Moon Step: A technique in which the user actually jumps off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks. No CP9 member has yet shown any variations of the technique, with the exception of Lucci's Kamisori and Fukurou's one legged Geppou (which in theory other Geppou users may have the capablility to do). It has once been used aggressively by Lucci, performing a suplex-styled move while Luffy clung onto his back. The impact left a rather large crater in the floor. While the technique itself affords several advantages in both in and out of battle for the user, it has but one major weakness: since its usage depends heavily on the user's legs, restraining or pinning down any major parts of their lower body can significantly disrupt Geppou. This was seen during Fukurou's fight with Franky, where the latter managed to grab on to one of the CP9's legs, noticeably affecting the technique. However, it should noted Lucci has been seen kicking off the air with one leg at a time rather like hopping and keeping himself afloat.
Rankyaku - Storm Leg: A projectile technique in which the user kicks out at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.
Soru - Shave: A technique in which the user moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least 10 times in the blink of an eye. Luffy has also learned this move and was able to use it in his fights against Blueno and Lucci though Luffy's version (via Gear Second) is more powerful. Koby was seen being able to use this move during his friendly fight with Luffy after the Enies Lobby arc.
Another thing that should be noted of this particular skill is that Kuro's "Shakushi" travels at roughly the same speed as CP9's Soru ability. The difference is that when Kuro uses that technique, he cannot see what he is attacking, or how far he is going, whereas CP9 have mastered this ability and therefore can. [2] The fact that other people, outside of CP9 membership has exhibited being able to imitate the skill (either by copying the move directly or developed their own version of it) suggests that Soru might be the most fundamental of Rokushiki.
Shigan - Finger Gun: A technique in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary. A sharper point is added to this technique when Lucci and Jyabura morph into their half-beast forms, enabling the use of their claws to fire the Shigan like an actual modern bullet. So far, it seems each CP9 member has their own version of Shigan, aside from Blueno, Nero, and Spandam, the latter two not even knowing how to use the technique. The Shigan's shape is derived from the shape of the finger, hence the hit of Shigan will have more impact on Luffy's rubber body (which normally reflects bullets... and often right back to the firer) as is sharper than the round sphere that is the bullet of that era and resembles more a modern bullet and can be controlled completely. In a fan question on SBS, Oda said that if you got poked in the butt with a Shigan, you'd die.
Ittōryū, Shigan - One Sword Style, Finger Gun: A techniques invented from shigan, but while using this move you use your sword. While making a quick thrust forwards it crates an small but quick and strong shockwave. The shockwave is so big as your fingertip but able to wound your enemies.
Tekkai - Iron Mass: A technique in which the user hardens his or her muscles to be as hard as iron in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces such as Luffy's various Gears, Zoro's Shishi Sonson and Sanji's Diable Jambe. When Tekkai is active, the user is unable to move, with the exception of Jyabura's Tekkai Kenpou. The strength of Tekkai can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces with his use of Tekkai. Furthermore, despite the increased physical density that one gains when activating this move, one should remember that the user's body is still flesh and blood. Thus, its resistance to other than solid attacks remain pretty much the same, making the user as vulnerable as ever to certain attacks. An example was during Sanji's fight with Jyabura where he used the burning force of friction to incinerate through the latter's Tekkai or when Franky used his actual iron fist to break Fukurou's Tekkai. As such, even masters of Tekkai are far from indestructible. However, for Rob Lucci, he seemed to be able to resist even cannonball flames at 13 years old.
Kyutoryu - Nine Swords Style: A sword fighting style created by Azura. Thanks to his Hana Hana no Mi he is able to make himself nine arms and fight with nine swords at same time, leaving no blind spot to his body. At the same time he can still grow his body parts out of other surfaces. He has various other Techniques that use his Nine Swords Style.
Kyutoryu, Lai - Nine Swords Style, Draw: While pulling out all his nine swords at the same time he can create a massive shock wave that moves at high speed and can easily cut his opponent. This Techniques can even cut steel to pieces.
Kyutoryu, Maki - Nine Swords Style, Twister: While spinning all his nine swords at the same time he can crate a strong twister.
Kyutoryu, Taka Nami - Nine Swords Style, Hawk Wave: Azura can send a huge are wave while slashing air with all his 9 katana at once. It is a bit weaker than Lai Techniques.
