Appearance: Six feet tall and weighs two and eighteen hundred pounds. He is reguarly built. Has blue hair and blue eyes. He has white skin and wears glasses. He usually wears blue shirt and pants that has a bunch of insignias that look like ice cubes and shoes that are pitch black. He also has two seaths on his back for his swords.

History: Jorten had joined the navy at the age of twenty. After his first few years in the navy he saw the terror of a horrible pirate. After that he vowed to take down any pirates he meets. A year after that event he found the Hie Hie no mi. Seeing he can use this to his advantage he worked hard on his devil fruit powers. Later on he earned the name Absolute Justice. He followed the law of the Navy. A year after Gold Roger was excuted, Jorten mat his worst defeat ever. The escape of Halsen Talen. He was surprised as he went up to him and placed his hand on him. Then he saw that Halsen had a devil fruit power. He ordered the marines to take him down. But then Halsen began to cause a huge widespread of ice. It was so huge that a nearby village was frozen solid. He now travels the sea looking for the one pirate who had escaped him.

Personality:If Jorten meets any pirate he will attempt to capture him right away. He will risk his life to protect any citizen and marine members. He dosen't trust the Shichibukai for the fact they were once pirates and hopes one day they slip up. So that way he can take them down by himself. He dosen't sleep that much as he is always looking for pirates.

Ship: Ice Titan

Ship Flag: The average marine flag.

Devil Fruit: Hie Hie no mi
type: Logia
effect: Allows the user to freeze objects and other people. A controller of ice basically.

Special Abilities: Some sword play.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Ice Death:Grabs opponent and slowly freezes them. Then punches the frozen statue causing it to break into a bunch of small pieces. It takes about two posts for them to be frozen solid.

Ice Land:Freezes the ground beneaths his feet and can freeze it futher in a five mile radius. It will cause the opponent to have a hard time to even stand. Jorten won't have as much difficulty cause he already knows hows to keep his balance do to years of experience.

Ice Stakes:Ice land is needed to be used first. Then can cause sharp pillars of ice to appear anywhere on the battle.

Ice Shied:Needs Ice land to be performed first. Is now able to cause a wall of ice to appear and protect him.

Ice Boxing:Grabs out gloves, put them on, and then freezes them. Punches are stronger and colder when it hits. Will break after a while.

Ice Stick:Puts on gloves and holds swords. Freezes swords to gloves making it harder for him to be disarmed.

Ice Glue:Sends a trail of ice after his opponent. When his foe gets hit by the ice his feet get frozen. Thus making the opponent unable to move. Can only do it for a short while and up to ten feet.

Two Sword Style-Ice Blood:Slices opponet many times and then attempts to put some ice into his opponents bloodstream.

Two Sword Style-Grand Slice:Goes behind opponent and attempts to slice the foe in half.

One Sword Style-Head Removal:Needs the foe to be unable to move his or her feet. Moves very fast and then cuts of the head of his foe.

Weapons/Items: Two swords. Also a bunch of gloves.

Goals: To stop all pirates no matter how early are they starting. That is part of his absolute justice.

(Why hasn't anyone thought of using Jorten's devil fruit before?! It has appeared in the manga so it would atoumactially approved.)

So appearance ia all that is left. Yeah I didn't like it that much either but had assumed it was acceptable. Glad that there is not as much trouble with Jorten than when it was with Halsen.

well the moves are quite powerfull but given the fruit I recon its in the realm of posiblity, the clothing needs to be in beter detail

I didn't want the moves to seem like Aokiji's. So why hasn't anyone made a guy with that devil fruit before?

I talked artic down from the Hie Hie no mi to a custom one, I might be thinking of the goro goro no mi

Wasn't fruit considered the most powerful devil fruit? Then again the Yami Yami no mi is considered that also. That is what Blackbeard ate right?

um... the pheonix fruit makes the user IMORTAL and the Paw Paw fruit can deflect ANYTHING (both are off limits)

The pheonix fruit was a canon fruit?! Or not? But I agree on those two. But the Goru Goru no mi was only powertful cause if anyone hits the user they would get shock and the user couldn't get hurt. You took away that power from all the Logia type fruits. Good call.

yeah well I dont want everyone turning in to their element when ever an attack comes by, but the Phoenix fruit was RECENTLY discovered yeah, it belongs to Marco the Phoenix on whitebeard's crew

Hmmmmm... wait what am I doing! I keep on forgetting to fix the appearence! Wait how do I elaborate that? I based it off my guy's appearence and it seemed almost similar except I didn't put on the skin color for Halsen.
