Appearance: A black t-shirt with his flag symbol on the center, Blue jeans with a loose belt that sag just a little, he has dirty blonde hair with a slight part to the left. He also has unnatural red colored eyes that he often covers with dark tinted sun glasses.
History: The village that sakito was born into had many highly ranked marines that visited to recruit new marines, the reason they came here to recruit was because of the villages specific training in which all of the battles the trainnees were required to use steel katanas, so the loser was killed. Sakito was the best of all the new recruits to the school he was even declared the best swordsman in his village by some. Well of course all of the attention went to his head and he eventually began calling himself the best in the village, well the marines began hearing this and they of course went out to recruit him. When they spoke to Sakito he came up with a deal if any of the marines that were there could defeat him he would join. Well a marine sergent stepped up to fight him, the sergent asked for some wooden swords for the duel but Sakito drew his katana and called for the sergent "we will fight with these". The sergent shrugged and drew his sword, the two did battle and Sakito beat the sergent and as the sergent begged for his life Sakito grinned and pierced his heart. of course the marines did not like that and so they tried to arrest him, well he ran and after he ran the marines went back to his house killed his mother father and 2 younger siblings. After Sakito found out he was never the same he hated all the marines and wished to end their very existense. He killed all of the marines in his village and he stole a ship to set out to sea with a stolen marine ship.
Personality: he is normally a calm and well mannered citizen but whenever he nears a marine or someone he dislikes he quickly turns on to the offensive and destroys everrything in his path. Also he happens to have a sweet spot for little kids and animals.Lasly he loves his glasses.
Ship: Death Warrent
Ship Flag: It has a skull and cross bones with one eye red and the other white, in the background it has a picture of a sun.
Devil Fruit: Pika Pika no mi

Effect: Allows Sakito to move at the speed of light and to summon the power of light when nessasary

this character is distastefully and with out a doubt 100% to short to be even considered

this character is very overpowered but I dont think it will be after you here our rule about longia fruits, we allow them to create and manipulate but not become their element sorry to say so... otherwise its shaping up nicely I admire how your history has grown longer and think this is nearing approval but not quite there, the only thing that is still to short is the personality description, would you like a guide to help?
