Appearance: The first notable thing about Tensei is his short and always messy brown hair that seems to always smell like the ocean breeze and his darker complexion that makes it look like he's been in the sun too much. His oddly colored orange eyes are often covered by a pair of sunglasses with jet black lenses and a gold frame. He is typically seen wearing a light gray shirt with ripped and tattered sleeves that end right after his elbows. He is also often carrying a olive green colored back pack that holds many of his possessions necessary for his survival in his constant travels. To match the style of his shirt he wears a pair of almost sun bleached brown pants that ends just above his ankles in a similar tattered fashion. One other odd thing is that he doesn't wear shoes or socks, he only has same bandages wrapped around his feet and also around his hands, making sure to not cover his fingers or toes in order to give them freedom to move.

History: Anyone that knows a lot about Tensei can tell you that no one knows a lot about him. Many second hand sources give any number of stories as to his origin. Some say he was a demon spat out of hell to plague the earth, others say that he was a secret World Government experiment, designed for killing. None of these stories have any supporting evidence and are actually pretty inaccurate, as are most tall tales. Tensei himself claims that he was never born, he just woke up. He claims that he has always existed and that he has lived many lives since then, simply "sleeping" during one life and "waking up" into a new life. He says he's been everything from a cave man, to a cowboy, to a great general, and even a doctor of sorts. Due to his constant travels it's difficult to actually trace back his history to find out his true origins. The only thing that is actually known about him is how he obtained his devil fruit abilities. It appears that a trading ship departed from an unnamed island in the Grand Line carrying a special piece of cargo and, unbeknown to the crew, an extra passenger. When the ship arrived at its destination on the desert island of Arabasta the crew was found dead when some local traders went out to meet them. At the same time there were increased reports of earthquakes in the area as well as sightings of a odd, sun glasses wearing man.

Personality: Tensei is actually pretty complicated personality wise. It is believed that he has a mild case of schizophrenia as he appears to have rapid mood swings or react to one situation in many different ways. He's been known to most commonly act cocky and enjoy his more malicious duties with something most closely resembling childlike wonder, the kind of person that likes to "play with his food". Other times he's been described as quiet and serious, acting as if he's got something else to do or as if the current problem was beneath him, preferring to finish things as quickly as possible and move on. These moods can change unexpectedly and there's no telling how he might react to problem that pops up.

-Surge Air: Sends waves through the air to push the opponent
-Rattle: Hits the opponent and sends waves through their body, shaking their bones at the joints, causing great pain and making their body sore, making it more difficult to move

Goals: Tensei appears to have no goals, he simply wanders across the Grand Line but he seems to always wind up fighting strong and well known people across various oceans.
