Occupation: Pirate Captain/Former Blacksmith (Being a blacksmith he has an extensive knowledge of metals and how to mold them, this gives him a small ammount of skill fixing ships, but he is not a shipwright.)

Home Village/Ocean: Drum Island, Grand Line
Appearance: Magnus stands 8" tall and has medium length dark brown hair, a goatee and alot of body hair of the same color giving him a very "wild" look and green eyes. He dosen't sleep much so he almost always looks a little tired. His fashion sense is very similar to most typical pirates as he wears a long black coat with silver embroidery and he also wears his ships flag on his back. Under the coat he wears a simple grey muscle shirt, baggy black pants held up by a large leather belt with an iron buckle that reads "MAGNUM" (would be the metallica font). He also wears thick leather wristbands, leather fingerless gloves and steeltoed boots. His body is 450lbs of pure muscle, because of his obsession with strength he keeps in top physical condition.
History: A man named Jacob and a baby he called Magnus were found as the only survivors in the wreckage of a ship that floated to Drum Island. A nearby village's mayor heard their cries for help from inside the ship and went to rescue them. Jacob told the mayor that their ship had been attacked by pirates seeking the treasure that was stored on the ship and they had been floating for five days until their ship was frozen just off the shore of the island. Jacob told the village that Magnus' father has died in the attack but that he himself would raise him as his own son. Magnus grew up very quickly (in size) but was just like any normal kid until the day he took up blacksmithing at the age of 14. He loved the forge. The feel of the hammer's grip, the smell of the metal and the sound of ringing hammers as they shaped all types of metal into many different things, it was like paradise to him.
Two weeks after Magnus' 24th birthday, while he was out hunting, a marine ship came to his village and claimed that Jacob's real name was Jacob Asgrim, a former pirate and wanted man. Not wanting to believe the marines the village told them to leave. The marines went back to their ship only to be told by their captain to grab their guns and hunt Jacob down. Upon hearing guns and cannons firing Magnus ran back to his home only to find the village destroyed and Jacob lying in the street with a cutlass in hand and a hole in his chest. Just before Jacob died he told Magnus that the marines had been the ones that attacked the ship all those years ago because he had stolen something from them, and that the same object he stole was hidden under the floorboards inside the house.
After Jacob had passed Magnus ran to his house and grabbed his hammers and the box Jacob had hidden in the floorboards. As Magnus fled the village the marines spotted him and began to fire striking the box and breaking it open to reveal a large ivory colored apple with strange brown spirals on it but also a note stuck to the side of the fruit that read:
"If you're reading this then I guess I'm not around no more, the marines are probably here and I cant protect you. I want you to know that the promise I made to your old man is done and I think he'd be proud of you. That fruit you found in the box is a Devil Fruit. I came across it on a marine ship and thought it might come in handy one day for getting out of a tight spot
P.S. Stay strong kid!"
After Magnus read the note his rage and sadness welled up inside him and he forced himself to swallow every bit of the disgusting fruit but was knocked out by the butt of a marine rifle as soon as he finished. Upon waking up in a cell on the battleship with the captain smirking at him through the bars. The seemingly crazy story of a mammoth destroying a marine ship began to spread and four months later new wanted posters showed up at a nearby town that read:

After seeing his bounty he knew he had nowhere left to go so he decided that the marines would pay dearly. He began to forge a gigantic cross, with ornate designs and the initials of those who died in his village that day and he would add all the other victims of the marines he came across, it would serve as his and the marines reminder. After he was finished he stole a log pose and the largest ship he could sail by himself, which he named "Forge", and set out to the seas to begin his journey
Personality: Magnus is obsessed with his strength and any insult towards him about being weak or afraid results in a very loud and sometimes violent outburst. Normally he is a very laid back person most of the time but can be fairly hot headed, especially when marines are around, he holds a grudge against all marines and does not hesitate to attack if he sees them. He dosen't sleep much and enjoys having fun and joking around but is incredibly serious when training, exercising or in combat. To Magnus there is no greater annoyance than weakness and though he will protect his friends with his life he will also scold and punish them for their weakness afterwards.
Goals: To conquer the seas and rid the world of the marines

Devil Fruit:
Zou Zou no Mi, model Mammoth
Type: Zoan (Ancient)
Capabilities: Standard 3 forms for Zoan types, (Human, Hybrid, Beast) extreme cold resistance, the user will also grow larger and gain more muscle mass
Ningen Kaishin (Human Conversion): Incresed size, strength, stamina, durability and some excess body hair, also this is the only form that he will use his hammers in.
Zasshu Kaishin (Hybrid Conversion): tusks grow from just below the cheek bones, size is increased greatly (10 feet tall and weighs 4 tonnes) and his upper body strength grows, hair grows longer and covers most of the head, arms and body (visible if shirtless) nose grows larger and elongates into a small trunk.
Yajuu Kaishin (Beast Conversion): Wooly Mammoth. Massize strength and size (15 feet tall and weighing 10 tonnes). Full size tusks capable of tossing, stabbing and crushing. weight increase is so great that user is capable of stomping and creating small tremors. The downside to beast mode is that if used on anything that cannot support the weight the user is in for downward fall (ex. small ships or ledges, wooden structures etc.)

Human Conversion: Explained in DF section
"Anvil Crusher" - Swings his hammers in a downward arc
"Hammer Toss" - Throws one of his hammers at the enemy, hammers can be pulled back by a leather strap attached to the arm
"Remodelling" - Destroys something nearby (Buildings, Ships, Rocks, Trees etc.) with his hammers and throws pieces of the broken object at his opponent
"Iron Skull" - Grabs opponents shoulders and swings head downwards, a brutal headbutt
Hybrid Conversion: Explained in DF section
"Zasshu Crusher" - Same as Anvil Crusher but uses his fists instead of his hammers
"Iron Magnum" - Concentrates all of his strength into a single punch
"Impaler" - The hybrid add-on to Iron Skull, attempts to impale target by transforming to Hybrid mode right after connecting with Iron Skull
"Flux" - *he hates to use this move because he thinks it makes him look weak* Magnus yells out "FLUX!" and can change the muscle density of his body. Normally in Hybrid Conversion his upper body has all the strength but when Flux is used he can shift that strength to his leg muscles giving him great speed and jumping ability at the cost of most of his upper body strength. when "fluxed" his tusks shrink and his trunk grows longer allowing for better control when moving fast, he uses the trunk to grab things and quickly change direction.
"Judgement" (can be used in human or hybrid)When the enemy is on the ground Magnus grabs The Judge and raises it high above his head while saying "You have been judged, and the verdict is... GUILTY" and he smashes their head into ground. *mainly used on marines, has been known to use it on others though*
Beast Conversion: Explained in DF section
"Mammoth Crusher" - When airborne (which is very rarely) Magnus will turn into his mammoth form and come crashing down with all 10 tonnes on anyone unlucky enough to be underneath, this move also creates tremors so people nearby could be knocked off balance.
"Iron Tusk" - A smashing attack with his tusks.
"Mammoth Torpedo" *from Flux* Magnus uses the insane strength of his legs while in Flux to launch himself like a missile at his enemy and changes to his mammoth form before impact.
Weapons/Items: Two massive blacksmith hammers that are tied to his arms by long leather straps hidden inside his sleeves and a large metal cross strapped to his back which has been named "The Judge"
