Appearance: Tall 6' 3" lean 160lbs. short black hair combed down.
History: Mashin had lived happily for many years studying maps and navigating hopefully to get a crew through the Grandline, but one day when he was 8 years old pirates attacked his home town and killed both his parents. Mashin managed to escape but barely and hid in the forest near his forest. While there he found a strange looking fruit and being curious he tried but the he discovered he was able to create bright flashes of light. This gave mashin an idea so he developed his powers. Then when he turned 15 he attacked the village which the pirates had kept for 7 long years and defeated the captain and the he became a criminal because the captain had a bounty. so he took the pirates ship and sailed up until now looking for a crew who he could take through the Grandline.

Devil Fruit: Flare Flare fruit type: Element effect: Lets Mashin emit rays of sun and is capable in burning.
Special Abilities: Nitōryū (two sword fighting)
Learned Techniques :
Dragon fang: Mashin draws one sword and springs quickly at the foe and cuts the foe and incredible speed.
Blind flare: Mashin releases a flash of blinding light blinding the foe in the process.
Rays of sunshine: Mashin someones a mini sun above the foe and releases harmful rays down on the foe.
Combust: Mashin sends a ray of light at the foe which then on contact makes the foe burst into flames.
Flash step: Mashin travels a short distance and the speed of light.
Sun blaze: Mashin summons a mini sun (bigger than the one used in "Ray of sunshine") and throws it at the foe causing powerful destruction.
Weapons/Items: Two normal katana.
Goals: To navigate a ship through the Grandline.

you never described any of his clothing, complexion, eye color build or fachail features, also your personality is to short to be considerd as valad, if you need help I have a guide you can use... but otherwise this is a very unreasnable character technique wise
