history: when he was born he was just a normal kid as he grew up he found he had a nack for cooking he could anything from apple pie to zebra meat a owner of a small resturant found him and took him as his apprentice then one day the boy left his master to open his own resturant but as the years went by he got bored of his life and left to train to join the world goverment before he could do that he stole a ship and set sail for enies island the world goverment saw he had potential so they took him in till this day he works for the world goverment protecting the weak. he started to notice that the world goverment were just using him so he left to join a pirate crew not knowing where his life would take him.

personality: unlike the rest of the world goverment he understands what justice is and just plain wrong he is kind and understanding but don't make him angry because he has a really bad side you don't want to see
