Appearance: Appearance changes according to currently assumed shape. She tends to prefer using her centaur form seeing as it is her shape of birth.

Harpy: Similar to a Hawk in color, Paura remains with a human expression despite the markings that trail along her face. The remainder of her entire body is covered in either soft, plush like feathers or longer, harder feathers that serve both for protection and for greater speed whilst in flight. Her arms are lined with long feathers and serve as her wings; spreading to a spectacular size however still able to maintain a certain flight if slightly shut. As such she can dive and maneuver among the air in high speeds. Her auds now are replaced with a feathery sort of ear, similar to that of some owls. Surprisingly, as is the case with all her transformations, the hair is unaffected.
Sphinx: Can be accurately described even as an overgrown tabby with the capacity of walking on its hinds. Her hands now have padded like surfaces and are gifted with retractable claws which are far more destructable than they seem. With striped patterns along her back and sides, Paura's chest is covered with a cream colored and denser pelt, following down her belly and to the inner part of her thighs. Paura's expression changes slightly, forming into that of a feline. Most noteably, her eyes and nose are much more related to that of a cat's instead of those owned by humans. Her hair remains unchanged.

History: Paura was born in Koden; an island rarely visited by pirates as result of its rather weak magnetic pull. Koden, which translates to ‘Legend’, refers to the people that live upon the island. Most of the population is composed of ancient mythical creatures such as nagas, sphinxes, harpies, centaurs, minotaurs, elves, and other such creatures of lore. The island was of particular peaceful nature, the different mythical beasts having learned to live in harmony with the existence of one another. However, as it was later discovered by a Marine vessel, the island became a center of attraction for the Tenryuubito. Enticed by the presence of so many rare specimens, the Tenryuubito sent multiple missions to capture and enslave the island’s population for their own luxury.
Paura’s grandfather, an aged centaur which led one of the larger herds of taurs to roam the island, was to lead an escape vessel with his people so to find aid in neighbouring islands. On the day of his departure, he presented Paura with the Shinwa Shinwa no Mi, apparently a treasure of the island. He died the save night in the hands of a marine battalion, thus ensuring the successful escape of his people. Paura was eight by then.
As the years dragged by, Paura organized a resistance movement within the island to fight back the oppression of the Tenryuubito. Thankfully, there were no traitors amongst them to denounce their existence. Nine years after her grandfather’s death, they receive notice of three neighboring islands who were willing to join in allegiance against the corruption of the Marines. Three months of planning and fortifying later and sheer war broke out on Koden. The struggle, which was said to last for endless weeks, claimed the lives of many. It died down in an event known vaguely as ‘The Appearance of True Justice’. To this day, few actually know what happened in the last night of the war.
All in all, Koden was able to break free of the Marines. Forming a definite bond with the neighboring islands, the mythical lores quickly regained their previous strength, further fortifying themselves to ensure their security. Reassured by the restoration of her home land, Paura set off to sea in search of the completion of her greatest dream.


Personality: Despite the rather grim turns of destiny she has suffered, Paura sees no reason to regret what she had done or what has happened to her in any way. There are those that will insult her for lacking human appearance or even human blood, to which she is known to grin in return and state with pride “You got that right!” She is extremely proud of her family and the strength they had to protect what they believed was important.
She’s usually very energetic and playful, tending to fall back into animalistic instincts in occasion. She is easily distracted, having redefined the boundaries of ADHD. Despite her silly and over all unshaken spirit, Paura will inevitably become aggressive if her companions and comrades are even remotely threatened. In occasion, she nearly crushed a marine’s skull for having rudely goosed a friend of hers. She is usually oblivious to most things and often has to have a situation explained to her before she can truly understand what’s going on… and even then it’s usually more probable that she didn’t get it yet. She ‘leaps before thinking’ and agrees strongly with the concept of ‘seizing the day’.
Paura sports many odd quirks, such as how her steps (be them hooves, paws, or talons) are usually in rhythm to some sort of unheard tune. She doesn’t drink under any occasion. Apparently, she’s a destructive drunk which laughs uncontrollably depending on the quantity of objects she breaks. She’ll avoid smoke at any cost; with animal scent glands, the odor of smoke tends to make her terribly dizzy.
More importantly, Paura defines Nakama as more than just a crew. Nakama means family. To her, there is no word that can be of greater importance.

Learned Techniques:

• Centaur Point:

1. Yokozuna Hammer – weilds an oversized metal hammer in a swinging motion, although may try and play ‘whack-a-mole’ with it in times.
   
2. Diamante Hoof – rears up with a nasty back kick. Either aims for the chin or for the genitals.

• Harpy Point:

1. Rapina Dive – plummets from great heights and rakes her talons along her enemies. Aims for vital areas.

• Sphinx Point:

1. 10:10 – rakes the opponents chest in an ‘x’ pattern. Usually used in a pinch situation. After inflicting damage, she flees to take cover once more.
   
2. Cat Fan – quickly turns around with extended claws and brutally rakes them along her pursuers.
   
3. Bone Bite – lunges forwards and latches onto the opponent with her claws. She then bites onto a large chunk of the enemy (whichever place she may reach) and promptly yanks out anything that she can fit in one bite.

• Fawn Point:

1. Hoof Drop – leaps up as high as possible. Then squarely lands upon any enemy, crushing the opponent beneath her hooves.

• Griffon Point:

1. Legend Lift – heaves herself up in a swoop, evading incoming blows. Uses that same technique to get a good start and carry heavy loads.
   
2. Leao Lift – rears clawed lion paws to fend off incoming attackers.

• Cattaur Point:

1. Sumo Swing – similar to the Yokozuna Hammer, however she spins around and repeats the swing with greater strength yet, creating even worst damage.

• Kirin Point:

1. Shimenawa Tail – lashes the long tail in whip like fashion. The weight of the blow already is of great destructive force, but the closely ranged hard feathers rake along skin and roughly scrapes the opponent raw.
   
2. Mito Livre – She charges towards the enemy and attempts to defeat him. If she is unable to do so in a few seconds, she latches onto the enemy’s back with her talons and claws, and viciously lashes her tail all over the opponent, trying to scrape him completely raw. In this form, Paura’s intentions are to force the opponent to bleed to death.

Goals: To rescue her people from the slavery conducted by the Tenryuubito. Ultimately, she aims to find a form with which to make the world fairer. Despite her warnings, Paura plans on ending slave trading… even if she must do it with her own fists.

I know, but I really can't go putting up a bounty for her if there's no definate crew yet. Although, you know, organizing a rebel army and cutting a valuable amount of slave source from the Tenryuubito might at least give her something small for a bounty. Maybe a 10,000,000 Belli bounty...
I hope I'm using the currency right. Arlong was a 15,000,000 bounty right? Luffy's first bounty was 30,000,000 if I'm not wrong... *bad memory*

yes and since this is back before even the fishman pirates had split (1 year after Gold Roger's death) the bounties are a bit lower and the slave trade would be in its hay day...

admin sama, I am not complaining but hes got to much difrent devilfruits in one devil fruit, he can go in like 5 or more difrent forms,well chopper didnt even lived so no rumble balls, i dont understand you aproved it

I think I know what Redmerv is reffering to. As my profiles are rather long and I didn't want to make this huge, I added links to the pages with further information to the Devil Fruit powers and to the Deikei Root.
You see, Red-san, Paura only can use three immediate forms; the harpy, the centaur, and the sphinx. Just like a common zoan, she can only mediate between these three. However, she learned of the existence of a special root that can make people who ate devil fruits stronger for a short period of time. It isn't as good as the rumble ball and its REALLY rare, so she barely has any with her. She uses this root to gain access to her other transformations; the fawn, the griffon, the cattaur, and the kirin.
She won't be using the root very much since she barely has any of it (she also hates how it tastes). So, you probably won't be seeing much of the other forms at all.
