Capabilities: The user can make their body glow. Can make themsleves bright enough to blind lots of enemys and burn the skin making the eyes and skin very sensitive for a short time. If the user moves fast enough, the leave ghost like images behind to confuse the enemy.
Gear 1: The user focuses their energy to increase the light emitted to ultra violet. Since it's a higher energy light, the users speed increases and attacks do more damage to opponets skin/eyes.

(combied with the frequncy fruit, possible combos making the light turn to gama waves... just something i thougt about for later maybe )
