for all the wii's online play/downloads why did brawl not have to so highly regarded "Downloadable characters"?

well that figuires... when your the unquestioned best going the extra mile just doesnt happan, which is why so many have failed (like sega)

Plus, it would have been to hard and risky to try getting it to work on the Wii's hard drive.

and we all know how well hardware add ons worked for sega....

but personally I think that waiting for a new console to come out just to get one advancement is stupid, I think that consoles themselves should come in large chunks not one solid piece and that each chunk contains a a certain component (graphics processor ect) the thing plays as a whole and works normally but when a new chunk comes out you can replace/sell the old one (just an Idea I had the very minute)

well he is right but my thinking is that it would alow gamers to pick and choose what they value most in games, I would spend more money on grapfics drives and memory but Iggy would spend more money on gamers and new ways to play them, also they attachments would be cheaper alowing you to get more, faster and for less money than with regular consols but in Iggy's defense that would be awefully annowing because most people dont want to asemble their own consols, as a rebutal to that Id say that we already put parts togatther, conterolars, memory sticks, the wiigun and all, that would be a step up....
