Fruit's appearance: Resembles what appears to be a Mango-like fruit, black colored. Like all Devil fruits, it also has the standard spiral-looking patterns.

Powers granted upon consumption: The user of the Oiru Oiru No Mi can control and create petrol oil. He can create huge amounts of petrol from his body, in various concentrations, allowing him to create various types of petrol. He can also harden the petrol by compressing it, making it very hard, enough to break through rock walls. Since petrol is flammable, the user can cause vast explosions with ease. He can also create petrol vapors that can ignite, as well as used to suffocate his/her opponents. The user also gains the ability to "burn" petrol inside his body, much like a machine, that increases his speed as well as power. Also the user of that fruit is one of the few that can, to some degree, counter their water weakness by using the fact that petrol floats in water. He/she can create a "pool" of petrol on a water surface so he/she wont sink.

Weaknesses: While one of the fruit's main powers is to create explosions, the user himself can be injured by fire, restraining him from using explosions (a skilled person can probably figure out a way to avoid being also burned). Aside that, the user is also weak against the standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Though I'm not a mod, I'm gonna remind you that the mods here don't allow logias to become their element. They only allow creating and controlling it. You may want to revise that as not to waste your and a mod's time....
