Appearance: Uddo is a 5'2" young looking boy with dark hair and blue eyes. He is lean and this makes his lack of muscles even more apparent. He has a scar on the back of his right hand where he got cut while running from the marines. Uddo wears a white, sleeveless, open vest over a black short-sleeved shirt and tan pants. He has glasses that he wears, but usually he keeps them in a pocket on his vest.

History: Uddo was born and raised in Suzume Village. He was a genius who did well in school. People just knew he was going to do well in life. The trouble started when a group of pirates landed on the island. Most of the town's people avoided the pirates at all cost. Uddo also tried to avoid them, but after he unknowingly befriended the ship's doctor, Uddo ended up spending a lot of time with the pirates. From the time he spent with the ship's doctor, Uddo decided he wanted to be a doctor as well so he began to learn.

A few weeks after the pirates had arrived, a group of marines came as well. They had been chasing the pirates, but their own ship had been damaged in a battle and they were forced to make repairs before picking up the pirate's trail again. Uddo learned about the marines and why they had come and he went to go tell the pirates about them. Unfortunately, as he was telling the pirates about the marines, those same marines ran in and attacked. Thinking that Uddo was a pirate as well, they tried to catch him as well. Uddo escaped with the pirate doctor, but the marine captain caught up to them. After a vicious duel between the doctor and the captain, both fighters lay dying. Uddo tried to save his friend, but the rest of the marines caught up and found him there. Thinking that Uddo had somehow killed their captain, the marines attacked Uddo. Uddo escaped again and managed to get one of the pirate's rowboats. He set sail on his own with only the large knife he had taken off of the pirate doctor's body.

In the aftermath the marines wondered if Uddo could have actually killed their captain, because he was a strong fighter. So a small bounty was place on Uddo's head just in case. Now, Uddo travels on his own. He doesn't know where he is going or what he will do now, but he has considered becoming a pirate. After that, who knows?

Personality: A friendly boy, Uddo simply enjoys living. He acts somewhat young for his age, but not inappropriately. He is also a little bit of a coward, but this makes sense as he is nowhere near the power level of many of the pirates or marines he meets at sea. However, when he is forced to throw down and try and fight, Uddo gets completely serious. Surprisingly he does not hate marines, despite what they've done to him. He knows it was a mistake.

Copycat: Uddo can copy other people's attacks or weapon skills just by watching their movements. Of course, the attacks he copies are only as strong as Uddo himself can make them, he doesn't get his opponent's strength or speed.

I've done some minor changes. I added the Serpent Whip, which had already been approved. I added a sai, which technically is not on the universal weapons list, but it's just a normal weapon. Nothing special about it. Do I still need to get it approved? For those who don't know what a sai looks like, I've posted a picture below of two of them side by side. Lastly, I changed Uddo's ship from a rowboat to the Anika, which is the ship the Revolutionary crew he is with is using. Oh, and I took off the knife he used to have. He lost that in a battle.
