Appearance: Tetsuya is average height, with semi-broad shoulders and a well-toned build. His hair is jet-black, long down to his shoulders, slightly covering his face save for his left eye, which shows a grass-green colour. His skin is a semi-pale, just enough to be healthy. He wears a long, cape-like cloak covering him from shoulders to ankles, it is a dark, leather-brown, made of linen. His shoes are normal black traveling shoes, and under the cloak is a dark gray t-shirt and faded black pants.

History: Tetsuya started out life in a small island in the Grandline. He was a hard worker and a wonderfully nice and generous person. One day he was working for the local peddler, one of the wares caught Tetsuya's eye. A pair of nunchaku, in perfect condition. He picked it up but then it growled at him. Tetsuya was startled, and a bit “weirded out”. Then it intrigued him. He kept it and it became more and more friendly to him. When it became its tiger form for the first time, it didn't attack him but rather remained calm and friendly towards him. But one simple island couldn't hold them for long. So, one day the two were released from the cages of the island and set out on a life-changing journey. Along the way he decided that he would become a pirate. Why this is has still yet to be confirmed.

Personality: He's not exactly a difficult guy to work with; in fact he's usually pretty friendly, easy to talk to and easy to cooperate with. During battle he's full of the adrenaline rush of combat, not cruel but not hating violence. He's not the sort to take one specific job, but rather help a larger number of people. He'll take on any non-life-threatening task you give him, and any hazardous jobs he'll consider the risks before taking it.

Speed of the Feline: A very quick dash similar to Soru in speed but differs in execution, instead of several fast kicks the user pushes hard with his back leg and then his front leg, moving sort of like a pounce. To continue moving at such a pace this motion is reapeated but at a much faster rate.
