Appearance: A normal human face, but with a small amount of green added to his skin, and a small wart under his nose. White hair that goes down to his back, and spikes downwards. A head band that goes around his forehead and cheek bones ending at the sides of his chin. It is silver. White undershirt made up of cotton, and over top of that he wears black cross hatched chain mail made up of steel. On top of all of that, he wears a red and white and blue tunic/cloak that goes down to his knees. His shoes are the old Japanese styled 2 prong wooden sandals, and he has black shorts that go down to his ankles. He ALWAYS Wears a Cover over his pants to protect them from stains.
History: When he was young he was bullied because of his green skin, and always being called the stupid toad man. He had always had an interest in cooking, and always helped out at home by making delicious dinner. One day for show and tell, he brought in one of his dishes to the class, and it was Takoyaki. The class mates all loved it and then they started to respect Matsuo more and began to buy Takoyaki off of him. Later on in life, he continued his cooking career and started to cook for a living. Not just his Famous "Takoyaki Balls" but all of his meal dishes became famous. He entered many competitions and won them all. When he was older, however, he decided to take life a little more riskier and join a pirate's crew, to become famous, and infamous as "Gama-sage Cook".
At the age of only 17, he decided to actually set out. He did indeed find a crew, The Anubis Pirates. It is a rather weird ship, the flag is nothing special, and the ship is quite gruesome as well. His captain and all of his crew mates were nice, but kind of scary to the eyes of Matsuo. It didn't quite seem like there was even a chef on this ship, but Matsuo wouldn't give up. He would join this group of pirates, and become the world's greatest Fish Man Pirate!
Personality: He likes to read and write romance novels, and he loves to peek on girls in the hot springs. He likes the ocean breeze, and loves the tilt of the ship. He is a very happy and mysterious type of fish-man. He is not very smart, and pretends to act good in everything, but he only exceeds at cooking delicious foods, and writing novels. He is very nice and has a lot of friends on Fish Man Island, and is going to make more as he set out on his journey to be the best, and the most renown cook in the world. He tends to stay on the quiet side and doesn't like to talk unless he needs to. He listens very well, and is not forgetful. He is loyal, but he still looks for his share of the game at the end of the day. He likes to cook, possibly more than anything else in the world, and he loves to impress the ladies with his culinary skills. He doesn't like to respond to questions that are not worth an answer, or he might not have the answer. He hates old men, and he absolutely hates younger kids who are spoiled and get their way with everything. He would rather they toughed it out themselves and get a taste of what the real world is.

Special Abilities: He can fight with any kind of small knife, or cleaver of some sort. He can cook up a concoction that will poison his enemy, or make them feel sick. He also has excellent hand-eye coordination and uses Fish-Man Karate.
Learned Techniques: Cooking (No explanation needed), The Two Knife Technique (Able to handle the two knives with great care and skill), Healing Soup (The ability to heal the soul... In soup!), Destroy Chowder (Destroys their bladders so they have to go...), Watermelon Squall (Makes them pee there pants.), Poisoned Fish (Poisons the enemy when fed), Famous Takoyaki (The Takoyaki that can cheer anyone up), Kick of the Fish-Man (A Devastating Kick), Swim (No explanation needed), Extra Hand Technique (Ability to summon another arm out of his stomach), Ancient Fish Man Hold (A Hold which is impossible).
