Appearance: Lucio is a very short man, with a huge brown beard and mustache. He has dark eyes and tanned skin.
Lucio has a shiny bald. Usually wears light clothes, whites and earth colours. His face is not very welcoming, and he seems to be constantly in a bad mood.

History: Lucio was raised on a Zoo. When he was little, he felt on the Leopards jail. The leopards weres starving and had red eyes. They suffered from rabies and and lice. Lucio stood in the corner as the leopards fought horribly to eat him. When they were about to eat Lucio, his father came in, all happy. The leopard turned to nice boys right away.

- So you're palying with the kitties anh? Good for you.

Lucio pissed himself thrice. He left the jail with his father. During his childhood, everytime his father was away, the leopards turned into rabies. When the father was around, the leopards were kitties.

There is no explanation why he developted a Leopard phobia...

Lucio decided to turn to birds. He spent all his time and efforts being the best Bird Trainner ever. One day, he met Polly. Polly was the biggest macaw and the most beautifall parrot he had ever met. They became friends and Polly was the best student og his class. During fights, Polly shown to be able to transform into Leopard, consequences of having eaten a DF. Lucio never noticed though.

Lucio then joinned the Nero and his Benedictine Circus.

Personality: Lucio is dead serious when it comes to his skills. So he has full confidence on his useless parrot, and threats it has if he was a deaddly beast. But when Polly turns into a Leopard, he shouts like a little girl and hides for shelter. But it seems like he doesn't realizes the Parrot and the Leopard are both Polly...
Lucio also has no sense of humour and, even though he acts like a constant joke, he doesn't get jokes at all.
