Appearance:

Kim cares very much about germs and, even more so, her job as a doctor. As such, she is more often than not seen in a cream nurses uniform, complete with a nurses cap and short white skirt. Under her cap she sports a small green fin. Kim’s hair is chin-length, bright yellow (blonde) hair with short bangs at the front of her face and long ones on the sides. She has large and shining blue eyes, which are the most prominent feature of her face. This is due to her face being covered by a pale green surgical mask at all times. There are white fangs painted around the edge of the mask, due to the fact that under it, she hides her own pair of fangs, thanks to her fish heritage. She also has bandages wrapped around it, extending from her forehead to her lower neck. Kim’s nurse’s uniform is white and collared. It is relatively short, stopping at the middle of her thigh. It has a red medical cross on the back and on the chest. There is also a pocket at the front for her to hold her medical supplies. Underneath her dress Kim has even more bandages that form a shirt of sorts. The uniform also has one, bell bottomed sleeve of the right side, the bottom of which has another medical cross. She always wears elbow length surgical gloves. She carries her sword in a sheath on her waist, for easy access. Kim also has all of her medical supplies in a pouch tied to her waist. As a half electric Eel fishwoman, Kim can generate bio-electricity, although it cannot leave her body and is better suited for self-defense. Her skin is also and odd color, a very pale green. She also has webbed fingers and toes, making her an excellent swimmer.


History:

Kim was born on the large desert island of Arabasta. Her Mother was the doctor for the royal family, her father being the assistant nurse, so she was often working around sick people and got used to it. At the age of eight her parents began teaching her medicine. Although she found the writing and studying tedious and boring, she liked the practical side of medicine and was considered very good for such a young person. Her cousin, however, a member of Arabastas soldiers, decided she needed to know how to defend herself, and taught her how to fence and use martial arts. She was relatively good at both of these things, and decided that she liked them. However, Kim started to become restless in her boring town. Kim wanted to escape and go on an adventure. Knowing that her parents wouldn’t allow her to go away on her own, Kim began secretly hiding food and other supplies in a small boat. After a few weeks of this she quickly boarded and set sail, where she was going, she didn’t care. After sailing for a year or so, Kim came across a cruise ship. Upon boarding it she found where it was headed, a strange place called the Saboady Archipelago. Deciding that this place would be a good place to rest at, Kim hitched a ride on the cruise liner, leaving her old boat behind (she was out of food any way). Upon arriving safely and traveling around for a while, she came to realize something. Looking around at all the extremely strong pirates, she decided she should try and find a strong, reliable partner. Strangely, nobody wanted to join up with her. As a last option, she decided to (as much as it angered her) go to the human auctioning house. It was there she found Noah. He was around the back of the building with the other slaves, about to be auctioned off to one of the nobles in the stands. Luckily, Kim bought him, albeit spending all of her savings in the process. As payment, Noah decided to stay with Kim, giving her a partner.

Personality:

Kim is a relatively impulsive person. She is happy with her occupation as a pirate, mostly due to the fact that she knows who she is, not whom the government and other people think she is. This is the contributing factor to her life, and it is what enables her to raise a Jolly Roger for the sake of helping people in need. As a doctor, Kim believes that every one in need of help should get it, even if they are not particularly good people. With this in mind, she has a high regard for human life, only killing people whom she finds absolutely repulsive. Kim is also fairly confident in her abilities as a doctor, a handy skill when under pressure. When performing a diagnosis or surgery, Kim becomes extremely serious, with no time for peoples antics. She also becomes very bossy to her assistant Noah, who is used to it, and doesn’t really mind. In terms of fighting, Kim tries to be as efficient as possible, ending her battles quickly, sometimes even before her opponent has time to react. She is also somewhat easily confused in her non-medical related actions. Examples of this are her fellow pirates rushing into battles that they are obviously going to lose, or at the very least gain no benefit from.

Special Abilities: Kim is and expert doctor, and an even better surgeon. She generally fights with things from her medical kit, such as needles and scalpels. She is also an excellent fencer, using a rapier named Noah. As a half electric eel fishwoman, Kim is capable of generating small amounts of electricity inside her body. This increases the strength of her attacks to the next level, so her punches feel like hammer blows. She is also a fantastic swimmer.

Learned Techniques:

Tempo: Kim charges electricity to her palms. She then races towards her opponent and elbows them, following this up with a sideways open palmed strike that is charged with electricity. She can also use this to restart someone’s heart (without the elbow attack, of course).

Pulse: Kim holds her hands in a way that her index and middle fingers are pressing against her thumbs, like a swan, then charges electricity into the tips of her fingers, giving her jabs bullet like blunt force.

Menace: Kim sends electricity into her body’s cell, influencing her neural synapses to speed up her body to its absolute limit and give her superhuman strength. This will only last for three post and for two posts afterwards, she cannot use any of her electrical abilities.

Bed-Ridden: Using her fantastic sewing skills, Kim can sew either her opponent or herself to any surface. She can do this through skin without causing any discomfort to her target. She does this extremely quickly, before her opponent can react.


Vermillion Fang: Wielding Noah in his weapon form, Kim strikes the opponent rapidly, making it look like she has several arms and swords.

Cardinal Incisor: Kim sends electricity through her blade to the center, Kim can block incoming attacks while shocking her opponent.

Scarlet Needle: While Noah is in his half-weapon form, he begins spinning around, is arms stretched out. Anyone that touches him while he is spinning will get cut. This can be used for up to three posts, and he becomes immobile (dizzy) for two posts afterwards, therefore useless and easily targetable.

Crimson Syringe: Noah throws a punch in his hybrid form while turning his arm into his blade. Just as it connects, he changes into his human form to give it extra strength.

Red Sting: While in human form, Noah performs a simple punch to anywhere on his opponent’s body. He can also transform is arm into a blade while doing this.
