History: Jushiro from a young age had always been talented in martial arts. He enjoyed learning new techniques from his master. he studied martial arts fro when he was only 3 years old. His [parents had always been against it but he still continued to learn. he studied on a regular basis for school but most of his time and attention was focused on learning more martial arts. learning self defence to defend himself if he ever got into trouble.

Jushiro studied under his master in his home village. he trained at the Dojo everyday in soaking up everything his master taught him like a sponge. he learnt many different styles Fanziquan (Rotating fist), San Huang Pao Chui (Three Emperors Cannon punch) and many more as he studied under his master to be the best. Jushiro not only studied Martial arts but his master also taught him Kenjutsu the art of the sword.

Jushiro participated in tournamnets all over the south, west, east, north blue and grandline. No matter the cost he always fought his hardest to never lose. he rose to the top winning every major tournamnet he took part in becoming the best. He started participating in these tournaments when he was 10 years of age continueing for eight years until he was 18.

His master on his death bed gave Jushiro his school claiming him as his successor. jushiro continues to train himself learning what he can from his masters scrolls learning new techniques to help him in becoming the best and one day finding a student to take over his school.

Jushirou now travels the seas as a pirate. He enjoys the sea life battling pirates and marines many powerful foes to become stronger. Jushiro earn't the name the Dai-ryuu or great dragon for some of his techniques thanks to the use of Chi which has only made him an even more deadly foes. His name known across the world as one of the greatest martial artists. he specialises in quick powerful strikes hitting his opponents vitals and pressure points. he goes for the kill never holding back as he strikes without mercy.

Personality: Jushiro is a calm person. he often meditates but he is also a flirt and a big womanizer. He is usually always found with a woman or more heading back to his apartment for some fun. Jushiro is very lazy often sleeping when he isn't flirting. He seems lazy and weak thanks to his appearance and his habits that none can ever pick him as the Dai-ryuu. So many tend to underestimate him.

Special Abilities:

1) Lotus Dragon Fist: using Chi Jushiro will punch an open and release the haki from his palm/. The haki will transform into a giant red serpentine chinese dragon that will topple down on his opponent swallowing them whole.

2) Burning palm: using Chi Jushiro will super heat his hand and deliver a strong palm thrust to his opponent. The heat from his palm will burn his opponents skin

question: why do all your chars have such high bountys

Not all of them only 7 of 8.

And why they are so high because they just are. Why is there a problem with that bounty? I think it suits him

he hasnt broken any rule, the character did win tournaments in the history and could be acceptable
