Appearance: Dynar looks peculiar. His hair is green, and incredibly long, extending to his feet, seemingly never having been cut. He is quite slim but tall and wears simple clothes. A brown vest and blue pants. His skin tone is very light and he has blue eyes. He carries several pistols on his belt
History: Dynar was from a family of biologists in west blue, and when he grew up, he wanted to go see the world and the miracles of nature. His parents approved and he took a ship and left. While he did want to see the world, he also wanted to be a pirate, and it was the best way to be free for him. He spent a lot of time in many pirate crews, but most of the time adventured solo.
Then one day, he found Strong World. He stayed there for a year, making experiments on small animals and even finally trying it on himself, gaining strong living hair. He never cut his hair again. He also took a liking to a rocket frog he had experimented with, and which quickly became a giant flying version of itself. A "frog dragon" is you will. He named it Ryo and when he finally left Strong World, he took Ryo with him. Ryo and Dynar developed a bond and his pirating suddenly turned much more successful, since the pet was powerful indeed. It was hard to find a crew however. Not many people would accept Ryo who Dynar would have never given up by now. He is still flying around the grand line on Ryo, looking for a crew.
Personality: Dynar is interested in biology, and likes animals, especially Ryo. He is a relatively nice person, though a bit absent-minded. Dynar is quite clever and inventive devising many uses for seemingly useless living hair. He often doesn't realize when he'd doing people harm, and can thus appear uncaring and mean. He doesn't intend it however. He is quite focused, and prone to missing details that don't require his immediate attention.

Special Abilities: Dynar's hair is living, and almost as strong as his hands. He has developed several useful tricks with his hair, detailed below. The drawback is that since the hair has nerves, cutting it hurts. In addition, he's a good shot with a gun.

HairstormDynar can use his hair for combat, and grab things with his hair. He mainly uses Hairstorm to use all his pistols at the same time.
