Appearance: He has 7 cm long hair which a very light, almost blond, hair. His eye colour is hazel with a hint of green in it. His shoulders are sleek and his body is not big but very muscular. He has a large scar running down his back from his right shoulder to the left hip, which was caused by his father (while the father was drunk) using a whip. His eyebrows are jagged and so is his chin. His skin is tanned. He has metal plating's on each of his knuckles. He wears a bandana on his left shoulder with a pair of crossed crossbow´s behind a skull. He wears a sleeveless leather jacket, filled with special ammunition, which reveals his chest. He has a tight and flexible trousers with a dagger in the top pocket. He also has a large quiver on his back where he carries his crossbow bolts.

History: He was born and raised in North Blue. His mother was a very strict housewife who did not do much, so, Drazil was forced to clean, do the dishes, clean the clothes and cook. He did not enjoy manual labour. Not at all. His dad gambled every night, however, he was not good at it. He lost every night. But when he did win, he spent his reward cash in the bars celebrating and came home drunk-to-the-boot. One night, his dad had a win streak and come home so drunk that he pulled out the whip he uses to ride his personal horse and whipped Drazil in the back causing that scar. After that one night, he left his own family and was adopted by a kinder man, doctor Philip. Philip took Drazil as an assistant and as a friend, however as time went by, Philip saw that Drazil was starting to pick up the medical Philip knew. So Philip made Drazil his student in medicine allowing Drazil to experience both the learning situations and practical situations. Soon Drazil became a natural at medicine but he was specialized in the parts of the body. He knew all the week points on a body, all the pressure points on the body and the areas of the body which were just junk DNA. Philip also had another hobby, in the archery range. He sometimes took Drazil with him. Drazil had a sharp eye and a sturdy shoulder from all the discipline and maual labour. So he also picked that up quite quickly. As he grew up, Philips friend was a blacksmith, and for Drazil´s birthday, he was made a crossbow. And afterwards he made his own adjustments to the crossbow. For example, he added dials which determine the strength and speed of his bolts. Later in life after graduating from the only medical school in his villiage, he finds a devil fruit on a tree near the archery range. It tasted horrible but soon he found out he had a certain ability to speed things up. He soon mastered this ability and saw himself as a ... hero. So he read the newspaper more often and became the perfect civilian for the government and say how so many corrupt pirates were doing bad things and knew this was his time to strike back, and so he joined the marines.

Personality: Drazil is short tempered. He does not appreciate his time being wasted in any sort. Drazil is very loyal. He would never double cross his friends or his crew. He never gives up either or show sympathy towards people who beg and ask for forgiveness. To add to that he also hates rip offs and plagiarism.

I like this character. It's over-around solid. Best one I've reviewed personally in a while.
