Name: Borian Draze
Age: Uknown, but looks to be early 20's

Occupation: Blacksmith. Specifically, armourer.
Allegiance: To anyone who offers.
Home Village/Ocean: West Blue. Secluded island.
Appearance: A very mediocre sized charecter. Not super buff, super tall or anything. However, he is by no means an average person. Originally, his ancestors were from Amazon lily, who left when they fell in love with men. They went to West Blue, on a little island, and started a small village there. However, their Amazon heritage stayed with them, as all women use snake-bows. In addition, a bounty of devil fruits regularily washed up on teh shores, always zoan types of various reptiles. After a few generations, the lizard heritage became more than just for tools. Certain people were born with reptilian features. Poisonous fangs were the rarest, and a sign of royalty, but Draze was no heir to the thrown, so he was instead born with slitted green eyes and a lizards scaly tail.
He wears a long white trenchoat, over a dark grey suit and shoes. A red tie is worn around his neck, or when he fights, his forearm.
History: Draze left the new amazon island when he was 15, and journeyed to a nearby island. He scrounged for food, learned to fight, and more importantly, run. His tail and eyes often made him a target for various freaked out citizens, but he always managed to escape, due to his natural speed. Now, in his adulthood, he has decided to stop running, and make something of himself.
Personality: Draze loves a good brawl, especially with stronger opponents. However, he doesn't like complete smashouts, and prefers to fight in small groups. Draze HATES long ranged fighters, seeing them as cowardly and weak. Gun, slingshots and archers all get the dissaproving green eye. Except shotguns. Draze likes shotguns.

Devil Fruit: Reptile Reptile fruit Model, Iguana.

effect: Preety much makes him waht he is, though the use of zoan fruits overthe generations has made the reptile features somewhat genetic, and he cannot remove his eyes or tail.
Special Abilities: Draze can see slightly better than normal, and can run fast as well, but otherwise has no special powers or skills.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Has a weak version of soru, dissapearing for a moment, and reappearing a few feet away. Takes a long time to build up speed.
Weapons/Items: A shortened katana.
Goals: To find a crew that will accept him, the freak. Anyone who touches his red tie, or pulls on his tail, must be chased to the ends of the earth until they are dead.
