Iken and Kenshin (Kenshin is eliminated)
The zombies fell around Iken one by one, and near instantly. The ones around Kenshin, however, grabbed and maimed him before anything could be done to help him. The zombies ate his remains and left him bleeding out for a few seconds before his death came to him. It took him less then two seconds to bleed out. The zombies made sure to take out big chunks from every area they had bitten on poor Kenshin. The harpie floating on top of IKEN looked down at him while he looked up at her. The zombies surrounded him but he continued to cut off their heads. It seemed like Iken had figured it out.

The woman swung her claws at Iken and formed, from them, ten air slashes aimed directly at Iken. The air slashes moved at about 80% speed and were summoned at about 30 feet from Iken. If Iken tried to stop the wind blades by blocking them his blade will not crack, but if his strength is bellow 50% he will hurt both of his arms, at 30% his arms will be dislocated. The ten air blades were big, about 15 feet tall each, and moved towards Iken in numbers simultaneously and trying to cover as much land as possible. Six of the air blades attempted to move around Iken while four aimed at his torso, head, leg, and the other one was vertical.

If Iken stopped the four blades his arms will be completely ripped off. His body can only stop one air blade forcefully. If he uses one arm, though, that arm will be the only one dislocated.. but that arm will be COMPLETELY useless. After this attack the landscape around Iken will have cracks caused by the slashes.

Pyro and Desais
Pyro stopped suddenly. The moleman punched the ground with all of his might and forced the ground underneath the heroes to completely crumble down to the earth bellow them. The combination of strength and earth bending manipulation forced the ground to cave in. The moleman started to hop from one rock to another using the strength on his legs. He attempted to use the rocks as 'ground' to jump and punch Pyro to the wall beside him. At the same time lighting struck at both the large moleman and Pyro. His strength will be enough to kill most of Pyro's organs, bones, and muscles. Internal bleeding is eminent (this is if he gets hit). If the moleman misses he will hit the wall behind Pyro and disappear (he created a hole), suddenly he'll pop out again and attempt to slam into Desais while he is in the air. At the same time a second lightning bolt hit both the moleman and Desais, but the moleman was unaffected.

Ikari and Leo
The masked man 'felt' Leo way before he got behind him. When Leo flew out of his peripheral vision the masked man aimed his rifle, without looking, over his shoulder and shot Leo while he was behind him. The bullet was very fat, and unfortunately for Leo he was right behind the masked man. The bullet was aimed at his right knee, this was a warning to the man.. but it was a brief one. Suddenly the masked man spun around and jumped backwards. He shot, out of his gun which holds forty bullets (it's a big clipped pistol) all eigthy of the bullets at Leo while he was nearly point blank. While Leo moved the masked man moved with him with his shots. Right after shooting, just as it finished as if the masked man had counted every near-simultaneous shot that came out of his pistol, he clipped the bottom of the pistol with two clips that were dangling from his side (they were very large clips). The masked man then briefly turned around and shot a bullet that whizzed though the forest and attempted to hit Ikari's right knee. The masked man continued to spin around. It wasn't like he could feel dizziness anymore then the other zombies.

The trees were hit by the missile and started to spread the fire across the forest.. however this was quickly interrupted by the rain that was hitting the trees from the top. The rain was definitely heavy enough to put out a fire. The trees, though, were burned beyod recognition before the water could take out the fire from their bodies. The trees had 20% less endurance now, and their bodies were only wood-hard (it's still too hard for a person with 20% strength, or even 30%, to crack).

Shin and Gale (Shin is eliminated)
The screaming woman penetrated shin's body and left his corpse on the ground. Her claws went right through the heart, which forced the blood in Shin's body to form a puddle underneath him. Suddenly a single wind-slash cut through the house, vertically, and a large armored figure attempted to cut Gale in half through that wind cut. Zombies started to break through the windows and ran at the enemy. The zombies all had 20% stats in everything and were trying to grab and bite on Gale.

Holy shit! Desais thought as the ground from underneath them exploded into rocks and rubble. The rocks disappeared into the hole from whence the moleman made. Desais was just floating there in the air. He knew that he wasn't safe from harm, so he sheathed his sword and used his devil fruit to bring out two bones in his hands. He wasn't able to reach Pyro to try and prevent the attack that was unfolding. Suddenly, the moleman disappeared into a hole that he created in the rock wall. Desais looked around as he still was falling.

Desais heard a sound come from the wall near him as the moleman dug out of the wall and aimed towards him. Desais launched his legs up above his head in an attempt to dodge the attack. If it was successful Desais will be above the moleman and stab the two bones down into his back. The lightning came out of nowhere and struck both him and the moleman. Desais drifted out and then back in of consciousness. Ugh......what hit me? Desais thought as he still hung on to the bones that were sticking out of his hands.

Corrupted form

Pyro at his rumble ball waiting for his partner to give instruction. Then, before the massive onslaught of the moleman, he was struck by lightning. He lost his footing, but he didn't feel too tired, thankfully due to the endurance boost of his form. His above average speed and agility wasn't enough to perfectly avoid the attack, he broke his ankle while diving away from a rock, he regenerated easily enough. Grabbing desais, Pyro flew upward into the sky. Though there was a risk of lightning, the moleman was a far greater problem. At this distance and with his perception, he would be able to adequately avoid most of the moleman's attacks. Or so he thought. In this situation, getting himself and desais out alive would take a lot of effort and was the primary goal.

Your survival is more important. Drop the baggage and escape. Do it. He's not your friend or family. He's not really even an ally. You've known each other as comrades for but a few minutes. Drop him.

Pyro ignored his thoughts. He needed to get out alive. Desais might be able to help. You never know.

PostSubject: Re: The Night of the Apocalypse    The Night of the Apocalypse - Page 2 Icon_minitimeMon May 26, 2014 4:51 pm

As the demonic looking bird raised its arm, Iken got a glimpse of its massive claws.  He knew that the foe was much too far away to attack him directly and therefor was about to use some type of ranged move.  Being the seasoned swordsman he was, Iken had a pretty good idea what was about to come his way.  The massive claws were a dead giveaway, they appeared to be as effective as any sword he's seen.    Iken spun around and ran into the group of oncoming zombies.  He darted in between them, shoving them forward to use them as body shields.  The fact that the zombies were trying to grab him wasn't really Iken's priority.

Even with the zombies cushioning the blow, the blades headed for Iken didn't appear to slow down.  They came close and closer slicing though the zombies like there weren't even there.  Iken could see he had no other option but facing the blades head on.  He couldn’t move faster than them and the zombies were doing much to slow them down.  He could tell that most of them were going to miss, probably intentionally to keep him from escaping.  Iken turned around and drew his sword, he'd have to time it perfectly in order to avoid certain death.  Iken began running towards the oncoming blades of death.

"Counter Strike"

Iken combined all of his strength and skill including the supreme cutting potential of his sword into one attack.  The blade hit the vertical airblade causing a small shockwave to form as the airblade dissipated and Iken was thrown back.  Iken fell into the mud back first a few feet in front of the oncoming airblades.  The powerful blades zoomed over the man with the lowest blade that had been aimed at his legs just missing while grazing his shirt.  When Iken stood up, his shirt split down the middle and fell off.  Walking over the half sized zombies that were no longer a threat to someone like Iken.  He sheathed his sword and looked up towards the flying foe giving it a toothy grin.  His wet hair fell back, drenched from the rain and caked from the mud.

"What's wrong?  Afraid to fight me up close?" Iken yelled as his foe through the wind, rain, and lightning.

PostSubject: Re: The Night of the Apocalypse    The Night of the Apocalypse - Page 2 Icon_minitimeTue May 27, 2014 7:12 am

After firing off the missile, Ikari assessed the situation with the trees quickly. There was definitely more than 1 and the strength of a single missile hadn't managed to take them out. Not only that, but other trees around the area could quite easily come to life and try to kill her. Clicking her tongue once, Ikari thought to herself that perhaps Leonardo had been kind of smart to run...fly...away from the trees. The fire had spread among the trees but had started to be put out due to the heavy rain. Moving away from the trees, Ikari made sure to continue to face them in case they decided to start heading straight towards her. Ikari moved slowly due to the wet ground below her. It would be idiotic to move at a fast pace.

Ikari continued to watch the trees for any sudden signs of moving towards her. By this point, the fire had been completely extinguished by the rain. Ikari was moving towards the direction that Leonardo began to fly when Ikari last saw him. However, there was no way that Ikari could know that a bullet was heading in her direction. She couldn't protect again it. Unless Leo could somehow protect himself and also protect Ikari from the bullet heading for her knee, then Ikari was going to be hit. Hopefully her high endurance would take away most of the damage.

Leonardo had not been at point blank range.  He was trailing the mysterious man hoping that he would find Ikari first.  But this plan had failed instead he was left alone with the enemy who was show casing skills vastly superior to Leonardo's own.  Faced with a barrage of bullets he would be forced to try his best to retreat.  It would be back to plan one team work.

Noticing the clench of the gun a the Captain gripped it in order fire. Leonardo recognized that he had been spotted or at least noticed. He didn't however think that the man would have been able to hit him with out seeing him.  But if he was skilled enough to notice Leonardo despite him not making a sound then it wasn't a threat he could be casual about facing. As the gun clenched up in preparation to fire Leo rushed to escape behind cover but it was to late or just in time.  The bullet missed his knee and grazed the inside of Leonardo's right calf taking out out muscle tissue almost the size of the bullet as it tore through.

But this wasn't the last shot far from it. While the Captain was turning around Leonardo tried to make his escape flying erratically behind tree trunks over and under branches.  All the while carefully flying closer to Ikari as he passed various trees.  If they happened to be dead or die then they would become under the control of Leo's power.  The rounds that followed the first weren't normal ones either they were larger and had a different affect, setting things ablaze, as Leo flew the forest was set ablaze.  He had no way to save Ikari he could barely handle what was going on himself.  Leo had grazed by several bullets mostly around the shoulders, areas that weren't as obstructed by the cape he had been wearing.

As he flew his cape caught fire giving him and idea. Floating the burning cape towards the Captain without turning around he attempted to obstruct the mans view and if lucky burn him as well.

The Night of the Apocalypse - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Night of the Apocalypse    The Night of the Apocalypse - Page 2 Icon_minitimeThu May 29, 2014 12:17 am

Gale walked into the house. The atmosphere that hanged around them was completely gloomy... Perhaps even ominous. The cries of the girl sank into their souls like sand does when thrown into a glass of water. As they got closer and closer to the source of the sobs, Gale became unsure of his steps. He slowed down and he let his partner go into the room first. Of course that girl had to be a FUCKING SCREAMER... a wretched monster from the depth of horror stories. Gale was in shock, it had happened TOO quickly... he was too uneasy. No, what to do now?

His partner was dead... Gale knew it as soon as he saw it. It had happened at the very moment in which he was going to help him. Gale bit his lower lip. This wasn't right. Something was going on, something was VERY wrong. He HAD to get out of there somehow. He was decided to attack the Screamer when, of course something else attacked them... Or rather, attacked him. It was like a wind... Sometimes life behaves like the wind, but sometimes it is death that does so. In this occasion, wind had come as an attempt against his life.

The house was being cut in half, and Gale had no better idea than to duck. Basically, he squatted down and threw himself to the side. The wind slash didnt cut him by an inch and due to sheer luck. He only could hear the direction in which whatever was moving towards him was coming. If it hadn't been for the fact that inside the house his senses werent blocked by the rain, he would probably be dead... Or maybe not... Maybe he would have been lucky enough.

As the house was cut open, Gale observed something that he though could only come from the bowels of a myth. He didnt lose sight of the girl, but he was puzzled by the appearance of an army of zombies, leaded by what seemed to be an armored individual with a metallic helmet. Fear filtered through his brains and flooded every single cell of his body. It was as if Gale's muscles had turned into anoxic territory, he was perplexed, astonished by the mere presence of the supernatural beings. He knew not what to do. He wasnt fast enough to run away from all of those zombies, and he sure wasnt that resilient to physical harm... even if he could dissolve into clay... What. To. Do.

Gale formed a Nendo Nendo no Halberd on his hand and his skill permitted him to perform a simple spinning attack to prevent the zombies from biting him. This was directed from their chests up, and specially at some of their heads that were getting too close to trying to bite him. At the same time, he let some clay expand through the ground of the house. Good thing the place was wrecked... He expanded the clay as much as he could below the room and summoned a Nendo nendo no Spinal Cord to attempt to pierce through the Screamer.

The Night of the Apocalypse - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Night of the Apocalypse    The Night of the Apocalypse - Page 2 Icon_minitimeFri May 30, 2014 1:26 am

Alright:

Iken and Kenshin (Kenshin is eliminated)
Maria smirked when Iken blocked her wind cutting technique. She raised her claws once more, but this time she combined her armor haki with them. She swung both of her arms in one technique. The haki in her claws helped her cut through the air in a more powerful form, instead of 10 normal wind slices she created 10 large ones heading towards Iken. These were bigger and more powerful then the last ones.

"Deathly Appendage Remover"

The ten slices heading towards Iken had a strength cap that was twice as much as the previous one, which made it 100% strength needed to stop it. Each of the wind slices had this much power and they headed towards Iken in 80% speed. The wind slices were each roughly the size of Iken's body width. Stopping one with his previous technique will dislocate both of his arms. If two wind slicing techniques hit him they will snap his shoulders right out of the shoulder joint without much resistance and even manage to cut Iken right afterwards. They were aimed in the same areas as before. Four of them were aimed at his body, the other six at the areas around him. Unlike before, however, the air attack wasn't aimed at an angle down at Iken, they curved to head directly towards him like any attack would at ground level. The only downside was the slight increase in time for Iken to counter the attack.

Pyro and Desais
The moleman hardened his body with black haki after the opponent tried to stab him in the back. Jerek then plummeted towards the ground but maneuvered his hands to create a stone platform from the giant wall of stone next to him. When he hit the ground he disappeared instead of going right through it. The moleman dug through the ground, then the wall, and moved upwards towards his opponents. He reached a 'roof of sorts, like a checkpoint over their heads, and jumped off to hit them directly with his body. Two lightning bolts attempted to strike Pyro and Desais (one on each, but they're connected so it's technically two for both). The moleman punched the wall on the way down to force an avalanche against Pyro. On the area away from the mountain a thunderstorm, almost daring them to face away from the danger.

If they chose to fly away from the moleman and rockslide four lightning bolts will be heading in their exact directions moving at 100% speed.

Ikari and Leo
Out of the eighty bullets five found themselves penetrating through Leo's body, while the majority of the rest left close marks around Leo's body. But that was because of the times he was behind cover. Two bullets found themselves on his right knee, one on his right shoulder, another on the right side of his thorax, and the last lodged itself on his right abdomen (the right side was closest to the Captain). Shooter aimed his rifle at Ikari after the shots, thinking originally that Leonardo was dead, and tried to shoot at Ikari's right shoulder. What Shooter didn't expect was Leonardo grabbing his cape and causing a wildfire to try and burn Shooter. He didn't care that much. Shooter climbed the nearest tree and aimed his rifle at Leonardo. In one concentrated shot Shooter sent one very powerful bullet aimed at Leonardo's head. It could penetrate the trees in the area very easily. Shooter then took out his pistols and attempted to aim at Ikari, but the fire got in the way in her direction. Shooter could still 'feel her', and so he shot his 80 bullets at Ikari attempting to finish her off in one hit. These bullets couldn't penetrate through the dirt, or the trees, but their numbers meant that Ikari could potentially die.

The fire consumed the zombie when it hit the tree, but his body didn't burn to ashes. All that happened was the masked man having fire around his body. The rain from the sky helped put out the fire on his body, but all the fire did was make him a fire man.

Shin and Gale (Shin is eliminated)
]Gale created earth spikes and stopped the screamer. The armored zombie, on the other hand, ran behind Gale with his giant sword and swung it downwards. He ignored the halberd that clanked against his superior armor. He tried to cut him in half with his sword, now fuled with haki. The attack sliced the house in half again with a windslice. The armored man then turned his giant sword around and attempted to slice Gale in half horizontally. This cut the entire house in a horizontal way as well.

The Night of the Apocalypse - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Night of the Apocalypse    The Night of the Apocalypse - Page 2 Icon_minitimeSat May 31, 2014 10:20 pm

It was in these moments of hopelessness that Iken usually pulled out a game changer.  He would grow just enough to make the victory possible.  It was a burst of strength that some would contribute to his powerful will to live.  The power increase was something that Iken had learned to feel coming, and for a moment he thought he could feel it.  Iken was mistaken, there was nothing there.

Doing what he did best, Iken went into survival mode.  He knew he couldn't avoid the opponents attack undamaged, not this time.  Without a boost in power Iken would have to fend of himself to make sure he survived if only just barely.  Iken stabbed both of his blades into the ground, crossing the two in front of him.  Kneeling down, Iken chose to brace the blades with his body to block the cutting damage from the lowest of the horizontal blade and the one vertical blade.  When the two blades hit Iken and his swords they instantly sent him skidding back.  The other airblades went over and around Iken causing no damage to him.

As Iken was sent skidding through the mud along with his blades he could feel his body cracking.  By the time Iken came to a stop when the airblades lost their momentum, Iken was beaten up but still alive.  Iken's shoulders, arms, and chest suffered joint dislocation and tearing while the bones themselves were riddled with cracks and fractures of all sizes.  He coughed up blood as the pressure forced on his chest had collapsed one of his lungs.  Rebound from the blades themselves left cuts on Iken's shoulders and back that were bone deep.  The friction from skidding along the ground tore off the clothing as well as skin and muscle tissue from Iken's legs, knees, and feet.  In some areas the friction rub was so bad it revealed chucks of bone.

Iken slumped over laying face first in the mud as blood slowly dripped from his mouth, mixing with the mud that made up the ground.  He may not be in good condition, but Iken was still alive.  His injuries if left untreated would likely kill him within a few hours.  That was if one of the zombies didn't get to him first.  On the other hand, a skilled doctor could have Iken up and running within a few weeks despite his injuries.

The dark haki took Desais by surprise, as well as Pyro grabbing him in the air. Desais held on tight to Pyro, well that was until he noticed the lightning coming down. Desais quickly jumped off of Pyro right after he helped him dodge the attack. He chased after the moleman as he went down to the ground. Desais even followed him into the hole he had created. To slow his fall into the hole, Desais latched his bones onto the sides of the dirt wall and slid down. Desais kept following the moleman until they reached the other hole.

Desais formed two more new bones and began slashing at the back of the moleman. He attempted to stab the moleman all over his body, release the bones, and created more bones. He continued to do that for as long as the bones were able to pierce the body. Its all he could think of to do since he really had no other way of attacking something as powerful as his opponent.

When pyro realized how much danger he was in, he couldn't believe it. This moleman was ridiculously strong. He was foolish to save his partner. As he was positioning to throw him away, desais let go of his own accord, helping pyro to move away, barely missing the lightning as a result. Noticing the lightning he looked up. Seeing the moleman's plan, pyro dived full speed to move to the ground faster than the rocks and the moleman. Then, he forced out his wings, painfully, to catch draft and avoid hitting the gorund; furthermore, this catch launched him far faster than he could control, faster than he could move even flying normally, even faster than earlier.

He saw desais was attempting to attack the moleman. This gave pyro the opportunity to escape. He didn't dare go towards the castle just yet, in case the moleman retaliated; instead, he forced himself back, out of sight, and towards the cover of the woods far off. At his speed he was making ground fast. Perhaps too fast. Now further than he could hear desais or see the moleman, oyro thought safe to make a drastic turn towards the castle. Suddenly, the wind blew, giving him air, but accelerating him again as he was just regaining full control. This time, his luck ran out has he crashed hard into the ground and skid for about 30m before rolling another 40. He was exhausted.

As she continued to walk backwards, Ikari suddenly heard a loud and sudden bang come from behind her, the way that Leonardo had began to move towards. It was clear and obvious that the noise was some form of gunfire. Could Leonardo be in trouble? If so, Ikari would have to find some way to get over to him while having to find some way to keep the trees off of her. Luckily, due to the fire that she had started lasted time, the trees would be much more wary of her. Then again, this was gunfire. In all chances, Leo was dead and the person who fired the gun was about to fire at Ikari. Having to think extremely quickly on her feet, Ikari felt the heat from her head rise. She could either go over to where Leo was and potentially die herself, including the fact that Leo might already be dead, or she could do something from over here quickly and then duck for cover. That's it! The way to combat a ranged person is to obviously fight with ranged yourself.

Taking off her right hand, Ikari would raise her right arm slowly in the direction that she heard the gunshot. Obviously, the missile was going to miss it's mark. Hopefully, not by much, but one can't help but be sure. Firing off an Unstable Missile in the direction she heard the shot, Ikari hoped that the blast radius would be fine for dealing with the target. While that travelled, Ikari looked for the closest cover she could find. That so happened to be a tree. Crouching down quickly, Ikari would spring back to full height when she unleashed the rocket on the heels of her feet. Ikari would travel 8 feet horizontally across the ground. If that wasn't enough to reach behind the tree, Ikari would unleash another heel blast while on the ground, the wet ground allowing her to slip along it. Once behind the tree, Ikari would sit up and crouch. If Leo was still alive, the best of luck to him.

With his body aching from the bullet wounds and blood loss Leo became gradually less maneuverable.  The bullets had briefly stopped  looking back he could see the glow from the fire that he had caused even though he was caught on fire he was moving as if it didn't matter.  Then 'man' was unaffected.  He was moving locations likely trying to get a new shooting angle. Straining his eyes to see it did appear to be a tree he had touched before, hopefully it was dead and weak enough for his attack to work. As the Zombie captain reached for the branch to pull himself up Leo used his powers and  both hands to move the branch, snapping it off the tree.  Making smacking hand motion the branch should slam into the Zombie preventing him from aiming. While this was happening Leo was positioned in the air like someone is lying on their back looking over their stomach.  Should the Zombie fire at him still his head would not make for an easy target. If he can survive being burned no problem then that branch won't keep him down  For good measure Leo decided it was best to give it his all while he still could.  Tree limbs from nearby, the path he had took while trying to escape, started breaking off the tree trunks.  Like a puppeteer Leo maneuvered them simultaneously hit the Zombie captain from multiple angles. Even though his right shoulder was injured he still had finger dexterity.

Iken was just lying there in the mud as his blood mixed with it to form a strange coagulative combination of disgusting mush.  His breathing was harsh and sharp as his capacity to do so was much smaller than it had been just moments ago.  He could feel the mud under him; it was squishy and gave in every time his chest expanded in its sharp haste to make up the oxygen supply where it was only pulling it half or even less than half of what it used to.  It was painful, the whole ordeal just really sucked. All of this seemed so random and pointless. The dead or not so dead things. Maria, was so powerful that most people on the planet didn't even have a hope to beat her; little lone a captain from a blue of all places. He wasn't even a Grandline pirate yet. It was awefully confusing.

The rain slowly washed impurities off of him as he laid there.  It was soothing in a way, it kept him cool even with his body trying to burn away all of the sickness.  Even under the cool rain that continuously dripped down upon him; Iken was sweating pretty badly.  The cool drops of water were slashing down upon him or off of him.  The water that pooled in his back soon began to overflow and then drained down the creases of his strong back.  It was like a little stream coming from a little lake positioned on his back.  To someone really tiny the scene could have been scenic.
