Weapon Name: Cape of Hope Description: a brown cape with several spike around it. Weapon Special Abilities: This weapon is capable of deflecting 4 melee attack without the spikes breaking. Meaning it would take up to 4 melee attacks to destroy these spikes ,and this cape is fire proof too along with water proof too. The number of hits it take depends on the strength of the user in some case the spike will break after one or two hits. The reason why this cape is water proof ,and fire because of the material it made from no one know what it called but it very special some say it is a high special silk that only founded in the Grand line those.

My problem is the precise number of "4 times". How can that be stable? If, for example, an exceptionally powerful opponent, wearing say .. steel knuckles/gloves/is a cyborg, fires off a punch, and if a moderately strong pirate does the same, then in both instances it will take 4 blows to break it?
