Appearance: Alibek wears the same jacket with the insignia for Justice printed on the back that all commissioned officers wear. However, unlike the cape style they tend to favor, he actually wears his arms inside the sleeves. His uniform is the same as a standard Marine Ensign, the lowest ranking commissioned officer. He stands at 6’0 tall and has a very well defined physique thanks to his training, weighing around 200 lbs, much of that being thanks to muscle. His hair is naturally jade green, oddly enough, and reaches to his earlobes in length, his eyes are the same shade. His skin is rather pale, but has many scars on his arms, legs, chest, and back from a life time of battle and harsh training. Most of these scars are small, barely the length of his finger, although he does have a particularly large X carved into his stomach. What might have caused such an injury remains a mystery.
History: Alibek has been within CP9 since he was born, essentially. His family has been assassins for 5 generations, from his father, to his grandmother, to his great grandfather, and to his great, great, grandmother. He hopes to be the sixth generation and uphold the family legacy. He has undergone harsh, rigorous training in order to force his body to reach super human levels in order to use Rokushiki. He occasionally still has nightmares about being locked in an oven, or spending 3 days and nights within an iron maiden. Just to name some of his most basic endurance tests. He is the first member in his family history to have obtained a devil fruit and has already begun incorporating his new powers into his Rokushiki fighting style, creating brand new techniques not normally available to the style.
Because the CP9 are a top secret agency, Alibek can not openly function as an assassin in public. Instead, he works undercover, posing as an Ensign for the Marines. This makes his assassinations look like mere law enforcement, or bounty hunting, rather than government issued murders. Alibek has recently begun to build up a sort of running gag based on his devil fruit. He is constantly trying to find true love, but the moment any potential candidate witnesses his power in action, they either run screaming in terror, or find him repulsive and want nothing else to do with him. Some might claim it as false hope and that it’s the price he pays for acquiring the devil fruit, but he still perseveres, having faith that surely not every girl on the planet can hate him.
As a top secret agent, Alibek is called upon to perform duties that the Marines can’t or even won’t do. Corrupting media reports, slaughtering of innocent lives, extortion or blackmail, anything the world government considers a threat or wants accomplished, he and his fellow CP9 agents are called upon to do, while the Marines still have the world fooled into thinking the World Government is peaceful and abides by the law.
Although Alibek is not the strongest member of CP9, not even being in the top ten members, he has a record of eliminating 14 targets over the course of his career so far, most of those being pirates. In fact, he claims that his great, great, grandmother was responsible for killing a Shichibukai who went rogue when she was with the organization. But of course, official records stating proof of such a job have not been located. In fact, he claims that each member in his family tree accomplished a particularly difficult assassination during their lifetime. In addition to the aforementioned warlord slaying, his great grandfather managed to slay a two Logia users with his bare hands in the same fight, his grandmother defeated a fleet of 10 pirate crews allied with each other by herself, and his father exterminated an entire nation who refused to obey the World Government’s authority. Of course, it was a small nation, but still an entire nation, none the less. Given this family resume, if there is any truth at all to his claims, tremendous expectations are made upon him within the organization, and whether or not he lives up to them has yet to be seen.
Personality: Humorous, Romantic, Conniving. Being an undercover assassin, Alibek puts on the illusion of being a rather fun loving and friendly Marine. Except when he’s called upon for his ‘missions’ at which point, he quickly becomes a cunning, manipulative killer, using his normally friendly reputation to turn suspicions away from his activities.

Devil Fruit: Tenta Tenta Fruit
Type: Paramecia
Effect: Enables the user to sprout or retract slime covered tentacles from their body from as thin as their finger to as thick as their arm and up to a length of 200 feet. The slime is also a powerful adhesive used to restrain prey, but will stop functioning if the user wills it.
The fruit also, unfortunately, curses the victim to be repulsive to anyone of the opposite gender once they reveal their powers, usually causing them to flee in disgust or fear unless they have the will to fight back such as player characters or powerful NPC’s.
Special Abilities: Rokushiki
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Tentacle Lasher - By relying on the adhesive properties of his tentacles, Alibek flings them like a whip, sticking to his victims and then quickly yanking back. The tentacle causes damage upon striking the victim, and the adhesive slime attempts to rip pieces of their flesh away.
Tentacle Blender - A much more brutal version of his lasher technique. Alibek creates 8 tentacles from his back and crouches on all fours, causing them to rotate like fan blades for multiple, quick lashes to grind and shred his victims.
Human Wrecking Ball - Although not always used on humans, this technique allows Alibek to use his tentacles to grab a victim and sling them around, intending to crash them into various obstacles and landscape with enough force to smash concrete.
Inescapable Armor - With this technique, Alibek sprouts a great deal of minimal thickness tentacles and wraps them around his body like a suit of armor. While using this technique, the adhesive slime allows him to augment his hand-to-hand combat, by making his strikes very hard to avoid, as even a scrape could leave the enemy captured long enough for a follow up attack. It also ensures enemies can’t use a close encountered hit and run tactic. Since the tentacles are living parts of his body, however, they do not protect Alibek from pain or damage if they are struck, it simply makes close combat easier to catch his enemy.
Tenta Gun - A variation of the Shigan (finger gun) technique used in Rokushiki. It is a high speed jab with one of his tentacles that possesses the force of a speeding bullet, allowing him to stab or even impale a victim. The tentacle is at minimal thickness, equal to his index finger when using it.
Tenta Firing Squad - Similar to his Tenta Gun technique, except he uses multiple tentacles to ‘shoot’ his victim several times. He normally uses 10 when performing it.
Rankyaku Tempest (Storm Leg Tempest) - Similar to the Rokushiki technique Rankyaku in which the user kicks with such high speed, they creating a slicing arc of wind, except with this variation, Alibek emit’s a series of tentacles from his leg, using them to fire multiple Rankyaku in a single attack. He usually creates no more than 7 tentacles when using this technique. Allowing him to fire 1 Rankyaku from his leg, and 7 more from the tentacles for an 8 strike barrage.
Tenta Cannon - Similar to the Tenta Gun, except this is used with a maximum thickness tentacle, equal to his forearm. It attempts to use the extra thickness to blast very large holes into victims.
Rankyaku (Storm Leg) - The regular version of Rankyaku which is done with an ordinary kick to release a single blade of slicing wind.
Tekkai (Iron Mass) - A defensive technique used by the Rokushiki style. By tensing his muscles to super human levels, Alibek is able harden his own flesh to be as tough as iron in order to shrug off a great deal of damage. Unfortunately, the user can not move while performing it, since it involves tensing their muscles beyond what ordinary beings are capable of, and if the attack is strong enough to damage iron, the defense will not resist the attack.
Soru (Shave) - A secret technique of Rokushiki that enables the user to move so fast, they become invisible while in motion. The user fades back into view, however, when they attack as they need to slow down long enough to strike.
Geppou (Moon Step) - Another technique of Rokushiki that uses immense leg strength to leap on pockets of air, allowing the user to travel vast distances without ever touching the ground and can be a life saver for fruit users sent hurdling towards the sea.
Tenta Binding - By sprouting an exceptionally long tentacle, he proceeds to wrap his enemy within a living cocoon of sorts. The adhesive slime, hopefully cuts off their maneuverability from within.
Tenta Retrieval- By using his tentacles to latch onto a victim or an object, Alibek quickly yanks his prey towards him. This can be used to either quickly obtain an item, or draw opponents close enough to attack in hand to hand combat.
Weapons/Items: Due to his intense physical training, Alibek has learned to literally use his body like weapons and armor with the Rokushiki style. Because of this, he does not carry around fighting equipment.
Goals: To find true love, despite the curse that his fruit inflicts upon him.
